Great episode. As for mistakes, at around 07:36, depending which site you are watching the episode on, Madara has his Rinnegan activated for a sec or two instead of his sharingan. This was almost three minutes before the actual event from the manga where Madara counters Naruto's FRS with Rinnegan. Kinda ruins the surprise for those not reading the manga.

Otherwise, great episode.

I had stopped watching the anime a while ago because it was boring, just watched this episode and I have to say the animations are really crappy.

And you guys are saying that the animations are great, wtf? I dont want to offend anyone but how can anyone call this crap good? Madara´s taijutsu scenes nearly made me puke, just like the Nagato "MY PAIN IS FAR GREATER THAN YOURS!" animation-fail pic that was going around for a long time. His whole body was like jelly, changing form and everything lol.


Seems like I will keep sticking to the Manga, I prefer good stills over crappy animations.

I'm only 4 minutes in and this is some of the best Naruto animation I have ever seen.
12 minutes in now and the animation is flawless. The amount of detail put into the fodder characters.. is unheard of

Re: Episode 322 mistake !

While watching this majestic episode for the second time, I noticed a little mistake by the animators:

This was taken right before Madara would be hit by Naruto's Odama Rasengan, but he already has his Rinnegan activated, while he shouldn't have ... Am I mistaken?

There was no mistake, i think, it was the resolution, at your end and if u had watched on flat screen, or had downloaded it, u would have noticed it, that it was not a regenna and the episode look that because of his edo eyes and his susanoe.

Yh downloading episodes in HD gives the best satisfaction when watching naruto episodes

This could possibly be the best episode of Naruto Shippuden. For the first time in years, I was fanboying over a Naruto episode...

The animation was nothing short of phenomenal; you could see the amount of detail in the facial expressions and mannerisms of the rather terrified-- and rightfully so --people in the Shinobi alliance. It's why I believe this episode did an even better job than the manga at showing how truly fearsome the legendary Uchiha is. Seeing the Shinobi Alliance's reaction was just absolutely priceless. I'm also extremely glad that they gave Madara time to showcase his Taijutsu and Kenjutsu prowess, those hand-to-hand sequences were the highlight of the episode.

Though, I was irked by two things: #1 being the peculiarly premature reveal of the Rinnegan; it was an obvious slip-up, and I think it took away from the shock value, but then again, Madara having the Rinnegan is already spoiled in both the Opening and the preview seen in last week's episode... so it's really not much of a big deal in the end. And #2 being the fact that the episode felt kind of quiet for the most part. I can't really explain it, but I think they could've done a much better job with the soundtracks in this episode.

A definite 5/5; I'm currently watching it for like, the 15th time and I'm nowhere near tired of it.
