Seriously....what the hell was that?
Good Points
1 point -> For Danzo's , Shino's , Foo's and Torune's flashback stuff
1 point -> For Naruto's interruption and a little of battle between Naruto and Torune and formation of the poison stuff
Worst Points
* Shino bringing 10 insects in a tube to act against Torune's bugs' poison WHEN he don't even know whether Torune is dead or alive.
* Where is Foo? Where is Foo? stuff. Honestly if they were sooooo worried about his absence then atleast they could have let Torune release himself and let his soul free from the body in which he was resurrected. They could've found Foo's body.
* The animators are soooo freakin dumb. If they are making a filler then atleast try to match up with the real story. The filler Edos are not even seemed as Edo. There are no cracked lines on their faces nothing that can tell they are Edos.
* Shino having only one seal. For what? Aren't there was an announcement about a huge reinforcement of Edo Tensei shinobis? Roaming with only one sealing seal was foolish.
* Torune talking too much even after his movements were completely controlled by Kabuto. Talk about the third Raikage. He wasn't even talking during the whole time.
* It was all talk and no fight during the time he was controlled.
* Even after the poisonous insects were dead, the gas had to be spread out of that cave but it didn't happen.
I had great expectation from this episode. But the animators ruined it.
After watching the preview of the next filler, I have great expectations from it. Let's see.

Good points: seeing Torune and Fu, that Insect Jar Technique is awesome.
Bad points: plot holes (see my post above), the fight itself was meh.

5/5 These are the fillers i like.
Shino was a total badass in this episode, reminds me of Shino VS Kankuro from Part I... You know when Shino was actually considered a strong character.
Also this episode doesn't contradict anything.
There are no plotholes.
Torune did have a family before joining Root, so that's why he wasn't as emo as Sai.
No plothole. Besides it's not like Torune was going around the whole episode smiling and being an idiot like Naruto, he's just a normal dude, his emotions were just not supressed as much as Sai.
Also, Shino said thank you to Torune in the end, because he had fear that the Root would eliminate his emotions, if he went instead of Torune. So he was glad Torune joined instead.

Damm, one of the most awesome fillers I have seen so far.

One thing confused me a bit though. If Shino fed his own bugs to the venomous bugs, how did he create bugs of his own that were immune to it. Some survived being eaten and had offspring?
Cool to see that Torune and Shino grew up like brothers (stepbrothers).
Every special konoha clan had to send one person to Root.
Shisui was probobly the Uchiha who was send.
I wonder which Inuzuka was send to root, which Nara, which Akimichi, which Hyuuga.
From several clans, we dont know who were in Root.

It was good. Not great, but good. I suppose the fight wasn't going to be that entertaining when the villain has a limited skill set. I dunno. This seems, forced for some reason. I like it, but it's not enough for a 4 star from me for some reason.
The next one looks like it has potential. I hope that they're innovative enough with A's cousin.

Very good filler. I enjoyed it. The battle scenes and the emotianal scenes were handled very well.
I know it's not canon, but that doesn't bother me at all.
You have a point. Maybe they didn't have to kill each other because they were Danzo's personal bodyguard or he thought they were both too valuable.

I can live with them being kind of friends and having more emotions than Sai, at least, but the thing that bothered me the most was that their identities were known to everyone - it starts with the whole HQ talking about them, using what are supposed to be their ever-changing codenames. ANBU members are supposed to hide their identities, aren't they?
But yeah, I know, I'm too easily annoyed whenever something in the anime contradicts manga, even a little

Episode was okayiiiish, correct me if Im wrong but the ost that plays at the end when Shino is thanking Torune...its unreleased right? Cus I cant find it anywhere on either of the OST's that have been released for Shippuuden.
Where is OST 3 Takanashiiii? :'(
