Naruto series without talk no jutsu

How would the series go down if talk no jutsu didn't exist? If the villains resolved to stick to their beliefs, what alternative outcomes would we have got?

I'm particularly interested in how everyone feels the Pain arc would have went down without Nagato's change of heart but don't just limit it to discussion about that!

Everyone pain killed would remain dead like kakashi. Obito would have not given in. Gaara wouldn't be a kazekage cuz naruto TNJ would not have happened. Sasuke would be dead.

I don't see talk no Jutsu doing anything to Sasuke, as a matter of fact without TNJ Sasuke would've probably joined obito with the edo hokages and crushed the alliance and thus IT would've happened.

Nagato would have also ripped out Naruto's soul during their little treehouse meeting. Konan being present was overkill.

Before Naruto, it was Black Zetsu who got that ultimate power, and he used it during a thousand years with the Uchiha clan, we know how it ended.

OT: everybody would be dead or white zetsu'd, except Kaguya and BZ.

Agree. TNJ is my favorite. Never bored me to see Kishi's imagination about it.
