Sasuke showed his full power and abilities in the last chapter, but Naruto hasn't showed his new abilities yet. I hope Naruto will power up in the next chapters, and to prove that he is sliiightly stronger than Sasuke

Well Naruto has been running a village and raising two kids.
Doesn't leave much room for training.
I mean he could do the whole Shadow Clone thing he did to create Rasenshuriken but that would make too much sense in a time of peace.

Honestly training doesn't matter and or isn't an excuse for Naruto's whack @ss performance.
He's only trained like 3 or four times.
Chuunin exams.

Chakra mode mastery
You could count rasengan learning for part 1 and shippuden but that's just desperate.

Sasuke has developed his Rinnegan far enough enough to jump dimensions which only Kaguya has been shown to do on top of that he has shown he can perform hand seals with one hand even while holding his sword - Lightning style against Kid Shin, and Fire style against Adult Shin, futhermore he used Amenotejikara twice in a few seconds with no sign of being exhausted even while being weakened from dimension jumping - He teleported Kid Shin, and then he teleported his sword back to himself.
Naruto was peirced by a sword, thus showing his reflexes/battle sense have dulled, which the Kyuubi pointed out, and Naruto admitted.

Naruto hasnt even moved a muscle in battle so far, he took a sword straight through stomach without hardly whincing, and was also suprised that Sasukes powers had weakened, insinuating his own powers havent. I believe naruto is the strongest he has even been, but his skill in battle has become a bit rusty. By the end of this gaiden we will see Naruto> everyone

If Sasuke still has his super rinnegan then Naruto still has his sage of six paths mode. Doubt Naruto wanted to go to that extreem on this Shin guy. It wouldn't be fair if Sasuke still has this much power and Naruto's gotten weaker. They're suposed to be always even. Sasuke going to this woman's demetion is haxed.

There one problem, it looks like Sasuke learned how to use his Rinnengan better, Sasuke learned to teleport dimension, while Kurama states that Naruto gotten rusty.
The only way someone gets rusty is by not training, which is weird for Naruto since Naruto has shadow clone which is as easy to use as Tsunade looks young 24/7.
