Sasuke has developed his Rinnegan far enough enough to jump dimensions which only Kaguya has been shown to do on top of that he has shown he can perform hand seals with one hand even while holding his sword - Lightning style against Kid Shin, and Fire style against Adult Shin, futhermore he used Amenotejikara twice in a few seconds with no sign of being exhausted even while being weakened from dimension jumping - He teleported Kid Shin, and then he teleported his sword back to himself.

Naruto was peirced by a sword, thus showing his reflexes/battle sense have dulled, which the Kyuubi pointed out, and Naruto admitted.

Naruto hasnt even moved a muscle in battle so far, he took a sword straight through stomach without hardly whincing, and was also suprised that Sasukes powers had weakened, insinuating his own powers havent. I believe naruto is the strongest he has even been, but his skill in battle has become a bit rusty. By the end of this gaiden we will see Naruto> everyone

There one problem, it looks like Sasuke learned how to use his Rinnengan better, Sasuke learned to teleport dimension, while Kurama states that Naruto gotten rusty.

The only way someone gets rusty is by not training, which is weird for Naruto since Naruto has shadow clone which is as easy to use as Tsunade looks young 24/7.
