however if the chakra is split 50-50 with a clone (and presumably Kurama's chakra as well), could the clone be captured for its chakra value? Perhaps in the alternate dimension Tobi can block it popping? Just a thought...

we have to just assume (first that naruto in the dimension is a clone) then assume that naruto can go "poof".
