initially i believed it was the clone too. but how many times have we seen naruto put the original instead of the clone in harms way? :flaw:

it probably wont happen, but its quite possible the original is inside the other dimension.

I have a hard time believing a clone could whip up a bijuu bomb, that's the only reason I assume it was a clone in the kamui dimension. Plus that would be a very poor choice sacrificing yourself going in there with the possibility of never coming out and basically giving Tobi the 9 tails.
