You are trying to compare Sasuke's skills to Madara's. Not only that, but it never said how to use a sharingan deal against a Perfect Jinchuuriki of Kurama. I said it again, drinking a cup of water doesn't guarantee you drinking the whole bucket.
He compares Sasuke's chakra to Madara's as sinister.
