I think you have a point but not all the things there that you mentioned are equal to each other..and I think you're forgetting Naruto's Bijuu Bomb, it's power is the equivalent of seven bijuu bombs put together. Naruto has other things also that just push him a bit in front of Sasuke if you ask me.

The Manga pages he used only confirms that the Sharingan can have the potential to control Kurama himself. Not every Uchiha is skill with that ability. You are trying to compare Sasuke's skills to Madara's. Not only that, but it never said how to use a sharingan deal against a Perfect Jinchuuriki of Kurama. I said it again, drinking a cup of water doesn't guarantee you drinking the whole bucket.
He compares Sasuke's chakra to Madara's as sinister.

Zetsu clearly saw what both of them were capable of, Kishi did not write that SM Naruto is stronger than Pre-Susanoo Sasuke for nothing.
