Who has the highest pain tolerance in the series?

My vote: Obito, Madara, Naruto, and Kushina.

I think Sasuke has the highest because he has the best feat to back this up. Every cell in his body hurt after the fight with Danzo from overusing MS and the fights he had. So yeah, there's that. Naruto seemed to feel a lot of pain by simply piercing his hand with a kunai. (It was early part 1, but still)

Out of the first list you gave, please at least switch Minato and Itachi.

Itachi had a terminal illness, used Susano'o and still pushed through. He took a giant shuriken to the leg and pulled it out with one arm. This guy actually has pretty great pain tolerance, considering he can still fight while going blind and was used to the pain of a disease that ate away at him for years.

Meanwhile, Minato winces and says "Ow" when a splinter is caught on his ankle. :|

It is kind of carrying him. He's never taken damage that's on the level of what Sasuke and Naruto's taken.

But it's pretty damn impressive to have your torso destroyed and not be crying out in pain.

I don't know about that. Minato took a severely lethal blow and was still alive long after the attack.

That happening to him kind of trumps that wood spike in his leg.

Honestly all of these guys have high pain tolerance. People are getting Itachi's stamina confused with his pain threshold. He struggled with a disease that was eating away at his body for who knows how long and prolonging his life with medicine. Add on to the fact that he was using MS techs versus Sasuke. But yeah, all of these guys have high pain tolerance.

I dont think manga have enough evidance to judge who have the lowest pain tolerance, Itachi problem is because his uncured decease, Minato is stab by Kurama claw sure it hurt alot same as Sasuke when being stab by sword, also Minato just chill and relax when his edo hands is cut, Joke
