Naruto Sage Vs Orochimaru

Alright.
Naruto starts in SM. He has NOT Ma & Pa, like the situation against 3'rd raikage.
Orochimaru is in his strongest state that he ever was in the manga(i'm not sure when that was. When he foght 3'rd Hokage or Hanzo, in his prime).
Location; Forest outside Konoha.

Then he had Ma&Pa, plus three other giant toad summons with him. Pein could've easily killed Naruto, when Naruto was pierced, right before Hinata interfered.

He was pierced because he was trying to say pa.And even if he lost against pain in sm (at that time), now naruto is stronger (without km) and orochimaru is much weaker then pain.

I half to go with Orochimaru for a few reasons.

Number one he has a much greater endurance to the point were he took 30 direct blows from Tsunade. No other character in Naruto would have survived that.

Second He is way smarter then Naruto and i mean A lot more to the point were it gets ridiculous.

Thirdly he has Way more jutsu then Naruto.

And lastly Naruto has nothing that can seal orochimaru.
