Nope. Even Neji and Shikamaru question it. Naruto just couldn't do it. He had the best time too, because Sasuke just got done fighting the Kages and Danzo.

Madara arrived, as did Zetsu, but Naruto could've went Sage at first sight of Sasuke and demolished him. The poision kicked in after the talk he had, and way after Sasuke left.

i think he didn kill him then and there b'cuz...he understands why suske's all emo after tobi told naruto about itachi's story, and he wanted to talk to suske to confirm something...plus naruto dusn seem like the kind of character to go kill a beat down suske
