Naruto Rinnegan!??

Everybody says that Sasuke will eventually get the Rinnegan! Well I kind of agree to that happening, BUT if Naruto is highly likely gonna be like the reincarnation of SO6 WOULDN'T HE GET THE RINNEGAN AS WELL IF NOT FIRST THAN SASUKE!?
What do you guys think! also I would like to hear theories of how Sasuke and Naruto can obtain the Rinnegan!!

Sasuke can obtain the Rinnegan in a few ways. One of them is our good old Senju DNA. Sasuke has always been about visual power. Naruto has always been psychically powered, and having ocular powers just wouldn't fit Naruto.

Sasuke= Sage reincarnated Eyes.
Naruto= Sage reincarnated Body.
