Naruto can be viewed through many sites but most of its fan are concentrated with some quality sites only..
For me I prefer NB/mangareader. That must be the reason why that site(which I didn't know existed) have Naruto in lower rank..

Welcome to the base and I know that site I have seen their lists before and most of the time their kinda dumb, in must anime websites Naruto is always in the top 5 and it almost every manga website that I have seen Naruto is number 1 must of the time

I cant simply understand why naruto is rated so badly on myanimelist.net ??? Anyone viewed that site ??? #564 .. are u kidding me ?? bleach is #621 (atleast its lower than naruto ) ...

Somethings wrong? I mean its a popular site and has many many members !
