One jutsu being black does not mean that it is black for the same reason another jutsu is black.

Black lightning would essentially be "enhanced" and powerful lightning. Darui and the Third Raikage would create it with their base chakra, and would likely take a lot of skill, focus, and power to create, while adding Senjutsu to a standard lightning attack would skip a few steps.

Sasuke can levitate by using Deva Path Through his Rinnegan. Shown in the manga countless times.

And Sasuke was able to manipulate Naruto's Gudoudama.

In the lava realm fight against Kaguya, There Sasuke was falling into the Lava when he teleported into one of Naruto's Gudodamas and changed it's shape from a ball to a solid footing.

Naruto himself was suprised that Sasuke was able to manipulate Gudoudama.

Sasuke's reasoning was that it was because of Hagoromo's chakra.

Sasuke also showed resistance against Madara's black rods, a form of Gudoudama when he removed the Black Rods from Tobirama.

The Rinnegan (Circles) and Tomoes present in Naruto's back (RSM) is also present on Sasuke's left eye.

Sasuke also has universal comprehension of chakra. He sensed Naruto's Chakra after he got it once and during the Boruto Movie where he told Boruto that Naruto was alive. This is not because of the seal connection as in the Boruto movie, the seals were gone from both. It's because Sasuke also has that ability.

Sasuke was capable of taking in the chakra of all nine beasts which=Juubi chakra. Juubi is pretty much composed completely of NE.

Not only that you can absorb jutsu enhanced by NE. Literally no one ever had a problem doing that.

Sasuke is always Left Handed. He will always use Chidori with his left hand. Or do you also think all of Naruto's senjutsu is in his Yang seal as well?

This answers nothing at all. It just shows that Sasuke has Senjutsu chakra, and also has the Yin seal.
