I think people underrate the god tier's power levels because of DBZ nostalgia.
That being said, there are a lot of others that completely exaggerate them.

IMO, we have absolutely not seen naruto/sasuke's upper limits of sheer destructive power. I believe that (in tandem) the two of them have moon busting potential. That being said I think I rate them each around 220-250 individually, and anywhere from 285-330 as a collaboration (which I believe COULD be enough to take out the moon, and is even likely to occur during The Last if you think about it).

It can, its completely subjective. The DC of Kaguya's Gudo Dama varyies exponentially depending on that. I went with Universe + simply because, in general, most dimensions in fiction have multiple planets in them at the very least.

The last hype in the DBZ manga that I can remember was Cell being Solar System Level, so they definitely didn't reach anything ridiculous like Universe Level or anything like that.​
