The translation he posted wasn't 100% accurate, however even that translation states Rikudou Senjutsu users can perform CT. It even list Naruto as a user. :sdo2:

Yea he can perform it with Hago's seal with Sasuke's help. He cannot do it alone without the seal because he doesn't have the Rinnegan. It's all under one entry.

This discussion is pointless, the thread was made on a false misinterpretation that should have never occured in the first place because it directly contradicts the manga. :lol

Fail, Hagoromo performed Rikudou CT, Naruto and Sasuke just put the seals on Kaguya no different to Kakashi putting an FTG seal on somebody for Minato to perform the jutsu. CT is listed as a Deva technique which Naruto doesn't have.
