Like I said, regular CT is exclusive to Rinnegan via Deva path. Manga makes that very clear. And the Manga > anything else, anything that contradicts it is false.

The databook states Rikudou Senjutsu and Rinnegan users can perform Chibaku Tensei individually. Its list these users of CT, Hagoromo, Hamura, Nagato, Madara, Naruto, and Sasuke.

Its Also list these users as Rikudou Chibaku Tensei however they must combine yin/yang powers to perform.

If Naruto were to perform Chibaku Tensei his would be far superior to sasuke's due to having godly chakra reserves thanks to uzumaki genes along with bijuu. :Sparks: ​

Well regular CT is similar size to Nagato's, Rikudou Chibaku Tensei created the moon and seals off power completely.
