naruto has both good speed and reflexes speed, he is way faster than sasuke. Naruto avoided Kaguya many times, Sasuke got caught by her at her first try to catch him.

Naruto's reflexes/foot speed are faster.
If you count Rinne Shift, Sasuke is faster moving distances.

But he conveniently forgot that Sasuke had the remainder of the bijjus.
It was a 2 v 1 tbh. That's the thing Naruto has going for him, cooperation. How is chakra from several other beings alone like having an entity on your side? Naruto had the chakra of all the other Bijuu as well, it still wasn't a 9 v 1. It was a 2 v 1.
Yes, yes, Kurama is his power and stuff. It's a matter of interpretation. I count it at his power in debates but outside of VS feggotry it was a 2 v 1 for me because that's what Naruto is all about.

Dude I agree with you that Naruto had Kurama's cooperation. But why don't you see Sasuke's fully charged Susanoo with power of the remainder of the bijjus. That power was used in Indra's arrow and what not. Also Naruto did not use power of the remaining bijjus against Sasuke LIKE HE DID AGAINST KAGUYA(Rasengan with each of their chakra). So while he used Kurama's (0.5) chakra you should not hesitate to see that Sasuke used the other bijjus power. 2 vs 1 is very biased way of seeing things

Naruto has greater foot speed and Shunshin. Sasuke by virtue of instantaneous teleportation is technically faster, but Naruto has a much faster striking speed because of his reflexes (Sasuke tries to blitz, he gets stopped, Naruto tries, he cuts off an arm). So it's an equilibrium but Naruto can use his speed more consistently whereas Amenotejikara has a cool down. So Naruto >= Sasuke in speed.

Though in all this I forgot to put my view. Here it is :-
1) Short distance :- Sasuke uses short distance teleportation in his final fight. Bit Naruto counters it. So I would say equal here
2) In long distance:- Both of them take equal time to get to VOTE from the place they were fighting Kaguya so again I say equal. But Naruto did Shunshin in 700. So unless Sasuke has also gained a new technique, I would give a slight advantage to Naruto

I would like to say Sasuke but Naruto is faster mainly bcos his speed has no limit. Sasuke's eyes get weakened after he uses them too much. Naruto has the chkra and the uzumaki stamina to do whatever the hell he wants

Naruto is faster because he has Hagoromo's body and that's why Sasuke has S/t to rival RSM Naruto's speed.
