Naruto and Sasuke are the only known ninjas who have combined Nature and Shape manipulation to create their own unique jutsu's.
Naruto has combined the slicing properties of the Wind element with his high density chakra rotation technique known as Rasengan, to create the awesome Rasen Shuriken! Through much training he has even learned to make the jutsu live up to its name, like a Shuriken, Naruto can throw this amazing spiralling elemental force to any distance. The only draw back is that it can be dodged if the target is quick enough. But Naruto can also close in on the target and hit it at melee range. This jutsu has incredible destrucive force if allowed to expand on the target as well as having recently seen slicing properties on a huge scale. If the target is nailed, it is then subjected to a billion attacks on the cellular level by microscopic wind needles that keep the target elevated until their job is done. A truly advanced and terrifying jutsu.
Sasuke has combined Shape manipulation with his Lightning element enhanced piercing hand stab, the Chidori(1000 birds). He extends the lightning chakra of the Chidori on his hand forming a pure lightning, sword like shape which has insanely high piercing and cutting capabilities. He does not need any weapon to perform this jutsu and does it only with pure elemental chakra. He can extend this sword up to 25 meters!! This also gives him the ability to cut extremely large and durable objects, as seen when Sasuke cut off Killer Bee's humoungous octopus tentacle to save Karin's life and unknowingly spared Bee's as well.
It is a match of destruction vs precision.
I personally think Rasen Shuriken is more advanced and powerful, but the Chidori Sword is more handy and versatile.
So which one do you think is a better Chakra Manipulation? The Rasen Shuriken or The Chidori Sword
