Naruto Storm Generations.
So from my time playing I've figured out ways to beat all sorts of characters and spammers. Ask me whichever character you want and I'll tell you how to beat them.
Example: Masked Man
Spammers will mainly jutsu spam with him, and his jutsu beats all other jutsus, except for those that have a bit of range to them, so if you are using a character that has a jutsu or UJ that come towards the opponent you might want to avoid it unless you have an opening. Beware of grab spam as well, the best way to beat this is to jump-guard and throw a shuriken at him mid-air to prevent him from grabbing you.
Jutsus that he can't beat:
Inferno style: Flame control
Lava Monster Jutsu
Fireball Jutsu
Water Dragon Jutsu
Sand Shower
Margarine Flame Jutsu
Wood style: whatever it's called
Water style: Water Wall
1000 Needles of Death
Earth style: Weighted Boulder
Flower Bomb
Fire style: Ash cloud
Parasitic Sphere
Water Shark Bomb Jutsu
Almighty Push
Shikigami Dance
Detonating Clay Birds
