dude here is the thing i read the manga and have no idea if you are taliking about the anime are you talking about the rasen shuriken if you are i just know it is a mixture between the rasengun and the chidori minus the lighting and instead naruto's element which is wind and all naruto learn to do is mix them again idk what you are talking about just said it as an fyi
