Suggested tier: Upper top tier
Why:
Was able to take out half of the 6 paths of pain.
Would have gotten all if he knew what was up.

Is greater than or equal to Itachi.

Sage mode greater than Minatos.
Rasengan varients greater than Minato's the creator.

Was able to stop 4 tail Naruto without hurting him.
Likely to believe he would stalemate with Bee.


Thats keeping it simple.

Sasori, Danzo, and Mei should all go up 1 tier.

Explain me why Kankuro Lower High Tier and Omoi High Tier........
However.....
Character name:Kankuro
Current tier:Low high Tier
Suggested tier:High High Tier
Why:Because he is the capitan of suprise attack division and he defeat sasori and deidara in the war

Character name: Hashirama
Current tieremi-God tier
Suggested tier: God tier
Why: He was known as the God of Shinobi, he was even capable of fighting the 10 tails on his own while not even being at full power.


Character name: Kabuto
Current tier: Top tier
Suggested tier: Upper Top tier
Why: Kabuto has one of the best healing ever, can barely be damaged and has ridiculous reflexes.
Not to mention, all the techniques stolen from Taka and Sound 4 along with his Sage Art techniques are a deadly combo.


Character name: Gai
Current tier: Lower Top Tier
Suggested tier: Top Tier
Why: Considering his base feats, he is fine in his current tier, but with the 5th-7th gate I feel he should be put in Top Tier.


Character name: Madara (Juubi jin)
Current tier: God Tier
Suggested tier: God+
Why: Madara was fighting Naruto and Sasuke without a problem, both while they had sage's powers.
The double Rinnegan was already scary enough and we didn't even see what he could do other than create dozens of giant Chibaku Tensei before he got trolled.
We haven't seen him use his 3rd eye either.
