Naruto NEW official tier list

A very long time ago me and few others made a group to create a new Naruto tier list,since then all the other contributors have gone dark and the old thread is dead and unresponsive from what i can tell


So I decided to finish what we started


RULES


This thread does not include Edo Tensie, it is not a power that can be achieved until you're dead and cannot be achieved by yourself, hence it's not on the list.
There will not be 7 different Narutos and 6 Sasukes in this list, there is only one version of each character on this list. the only exception beings that Jinchuriki of the 10 tails, will be considered separate from their prime self, each character will put put on in their prime.

I actually like this list I only have a few question:
-Why do you think Jiraiya belong in the Top Tier while his buddy Oro is in Lower Top Tier?
-I personally think Kakashi and Gai should be in the same tier as Jiraiya (Top Tier) there has to be some reason you disagree

I think Hashirama should be in the God tier. He was revered as the God of Shinobi. Even Madra (Who's immensely powerful) Praised Hashirama numerous of times in his fight against the five Kage.

ORO should be with upper top tier because he has hash's cells and his arms because heck j-man is one of my favs, but he almost died on four tails Naruto and oro played with six tails Naruto. and took on j-man and lady T. ALL WITH NO ARMS!!!!

Hashirama is the weakest in the Demi Tier, there's no way he's God Tier

I think despite the lack of feats, the hype which is mostly displayed by Minato is to be considered, granting him place in Minato's Tier...

When I saw hinata on a lower tier than haku I immediately knew this was going to be a tier with errors in it I read from bottom to top and I was right. There is no way in hell hinata is on a lower tier than haku she's above or equal to her. Kakashi held his own against obito he should have a high status. And Sakura already surpassed tsunade that's kinda the thing sasuke surpassed orochi, Naruto surpassed jiraya and Sakura surpassed tsunade. I'm nit sure if 8 gates might guy counts if he does than I'm pretty sure he gave juubidara work. And put hamura god tier+ I mean he did help seal kaguya so he should be on that tier. Etc etc tier lists are fine it's just confusing whether it's a non-biased list or it's a list that is influenced on preference such as you liking a character more than another I mean again hinata on a lower tier. Than haku anyway nice list.

I would switch tobirama with Itachi. The former should be in the upper top tier, whereas the latter should be in top tier IMO.

There are a lot of mistakes and too many to list, but for starters Kabuto should be in upper top tier while Bee should be in top tier.

Onoki should not be lower than Jiraiya and Sakura is too damn high.

He uses 8 gates and he dies, and his 7th gate isn't even close with his 8th one.
