2. Wind style beats lightning style.
3. Kurama would just dispel genjutsu that Sasuke casted.
4. Sage mode would allow Naruto to dodge Sasuke's susanoo arrows like Kabuto did.
5. Sasuke needs Juugo to use the curse mark susanoo.
6. Naruto is fast enough in KCM, BM and BSM to dodge the normal version of amaterasu like the raikage did.
7. Frog Kata style > Sasuke's taijutsu
8. Naruto tanked a juubi laser so he can handle a kirin.
9. Naruto has more chakara than Sasuke.
10. Bijuudamas (and perhaps even large enough rasen shurikens) destroy any normal susanoo.

Perfect susanoo is Sasuke's only hope against Naruto and Naruto may even be able to destroy that with bijuudamas and rasen shurikens. The only other thing Sasuke can do is just pray that Naruto stays in base mode or try to outlast Naruto's modes (which would be almost impossible since Naruto's chakara reserve is larger than Sasuke's). Therefore if anyone needs to catch up, it is Sasuke (not Naruto).
