Honestly, there's scores upon scores of shinobi in Naruto. Can you honestly name 10 that can beat him? He's not the strongest shinobi, no doubt. However, he's very close to the tipy-top.

naruto BM mode last 5mins and then he is back to using the charka suit and have you forgot that nagato own both naruto and bee itachi had to save them regardless it will be a sick fight but I give it to nagato

anyway by the time Pain/Nagato died they had 7 tailed beasts in the Gedo Mazo so if its current Naruto it would have to be healthy Nagato for it to be fair.And with that being said Nagato could summon Gedo Mazo and does not need his chakra drained because The Gedo statue already has taild beast chakra in it.

KM Naruto is currently stronger than Nagato(no paths)

The Key to his victory is Kurama. Naruto is to stupid to remember Nagato's abilities in battle but Kurama can act as his intellence and Instuct him.

Bansho Ten'in=Naruto uses chakra arm to get away.

Summonings=Naruto can either summon the toads or use his sage mode to toss them or simply use rasengan.

Naruto is too fast for Nagato.

Chibaku Tensei=Naruto goes KM mode and uses TBB to easily destroy it.

While in Sage Mode Naruto has frog katas which can be used in close combat bit he would be in serious trouble because of Asura and Preta Path.

If Nagato absorbs too much sage chakra, hell turn into a frog statue.

That is Sage Chakra Nagato can't absorb, but what about Kyuubi's Chakra? What can Naruto do when Nagato tries to capture his soul?

KM Naruto by himself would get swept aside. Current Naruto as a whole (Bijuu Modo and multiple KM clones) is the more likely victor when paired with Nagato, i'd say. However, you totally ignore the fact that Nagato can take to the air, nullifying most of Naruto's arsenal. Further, if this is Nagato himself, Naruto's summons are going to have major difficulties dealing with Cerberus, never mind Gedo Mazo.

And yet a Nagato being restricted by Kabuto's inexperience with Rinnegan had Naruto beat.

And yet a Naruto who had alot of his power gone from using alot of clones and only got fell into Nagato's bansho tennin because he was distracted talking to Itachi.

Naruto had alot of his power gone due to having those clones on the battlefield. KM Naruto has counters for all of Nagato's techs the only problem he'll have is if Nagato uses Gedo Mazo but then Naruto can turn into BM and own it since it was proven already that a KM Naruto,Bee,Kakashi and Guy was beating it and it was powered up by the bijuus without no bijuus it isn't that strong.
