naruto missed manga page !!!help!!!

I just read a tread about kuramas missing half of his chakra and there was a picture of the maga to prove a point and it was a pic of jiraiya and the frog that minato gave the key to the seal to and they where talking about why minato only sealed half of it inside naruto but i dont remeber what chapter it was in haha can someone please help.me out and tell me if u know haha xx
