It took Sasuke Sage Boost and Rinnegan to do Perfect Susano'o.

But Kakashi mastered that shit the second he got both Sharingan eyes.

Doesn't matter, for Kakashi to have it naturally would make 0 sense. It would be unexplainable.

Obito possessing Kakashi is the most plausible idea so far, but how could he give kakashi something he himself never had? The perfect susanoo, that is. Obito himself barely had his sharingan for a few moments. Maybe he could've learned how to creAte susanoo, but not a perfect one.

That's the mistake people make, so cuz obito didn't bring out the susano means he didn't have it?? When he had rinnegan he didn't use any of the rinnegan techs was it because he couldn't? no it was cuz of how much chakra etc. it was taking to utilize it - this could have been the same scenario - and if you notice madara and obito didn't use susuano when they became sages - there may be a reason for that as well but since none has been explained we automatically go to the - why didn't they use it bla bla bla...now yes it could be that they could have and it was just bad writing but unless kishi explains it we can go neither left or right as the possibility still exist for a plausible reason why they couldn't use it. It could be more like his chakra lifeforce given or something but the fact that obito said he'd be the 6th hokage means kakashi is likely to retain those powers.
