Sorry but your wrong NinjaRasengan on this one by a long shot. Naruto have never been a underdog why can't you see that.

Naruto parents are two great ninja's (his dad is the fourth Hokage), Naruto is a member of the third most O.P clan (the Uzumaki), Naruto was born with and had 4 times more chakra than Kakashi at 12 and 10 times more charkra at 16 without counting him having the 9 tail fox steroids injection (the strongest tail beast) and cause he have a abundance of his own chakra, he can trade up with natural chakra, to go into Sage mode. Naruto can also use cheat jutsu (that Kakashi taught him, sense he not a genius and have so much chakra), to learn any jutsu quick and catch up to true genius like Sasuke. Also maybe your right that Naruto cause of those whiskers, got some direct power from the 9 tail fox, cause he was a born while his Mother was a Jinchuuriki (which is another born power up, for the suppose underdog).

On top of all that, Naruto was the chosen one, that the frog told Jaraiya that he would teach (would you consider Minato or Nagato a underdog), it was hinted that he was the second coming of the Sage of the 6th path a god (thank goodness Kishi change that, cause then the Hagoromo would of been overrated to), but no he is the second coming of the god son Ashura.

All this hard work stuff is base on him becoming as strong as the other person that important during that generation (in Naruto case Sasuke, in Madara case Hashirama and in Ashura case his brother Indra), but that don't mean that they also wasn't powerful and talent as well.

Rock Lee and Ten Ten can train in the DBZ time room for a 100 years and only be 10% as strong as Naruto could become in 5 years of training, because they are true underdogs (if Rock Lee was born with all of Naruto power up and talent, the manga would of been name Rock Lee).

I can understand where you are coming from

The reason Naruto was seen as a loser in part1 could very well have been simply because his instructors were training him wrong...I remember Jiraiya saying the area he should focus on being chakra intensive techniques and not precise techniques like the bunshin on the academy exams...

but all things can be seen from at least two different points of view(that's why everyone on this forum will always have arguments...we all have our own interpretations so you really shouldn't tell someone that they are wrong)

The other end of the spectrum is the fact that Naruto did in fact train in these 'wrong areas' and became frustrated at his lack of progress then began to give up and act bratty when faced with things he could no longer understand, thus didn't learn at the same rate as his peers ,thus upon graduation he was in fact the bottom of the barrel(he had the wrong kind of talent i guess...or poor teachers for not noticing)

and his parents for me are a non-factor being that they were dead from the beginning and didn't give him any one on one training to inherit whatever skills they had...he is not a genius who can figure things out at a glance nor does he whip around chakra chains(which are the things that he could inherit passively from his parents without working)

for me destiny child doesn't really mean anything...he still had to put in the work to live up to it...It's not as if he could have just gave up after failing the graduation test became a ramen chef or something and not trained for 5 years and then randomly go around soloing S-class Shinobi

But calling a ninja a cheater sounds a bit off to me(The ninja world is not fair so...In my opinion Tenten could be one of the most op characters with the least amount of training, being a weapons master and all...she just needs to increase her arsenal of weaponry-get some trap type/chakra sealing type/chakra absorbing type/poison type/elemental release type/automatic chakra shield type/programed genjutsu releasing type weapons instead of just chucking stuff)

Just an off topic question...If the Naruto character bothers you so much, then do you hate almost every shounen protagonist then? Because most of them are similar...

I've voted it a 5/5. Very good although my prediction was wrong. Very surprised to see the SO6P and it was interesting what he was talking about. I predict that Naruto is going to still be talking to SO6P and maybe later on he'll wake up in the real world. I just want to see what kind of powers he has.

Good chapter 5/5. We finally see the Sage himself and get backstory of his history and sons. Answers some questions and raises some like who is the Sage's brother? Why does the Sage not mention his name? Did he return his Juubi part? Who are his descendants(Uzumaki, Hyuuga?)? Are there more reincarnations of the Sage's sons? Is Sasuke one? What is Ninshuu and how does it work and why is it diffirent than Ninjutsu, the Sage loathes so much?

What I want to know is what happened to the Sage's brother. When he said it was sealed inside "us" it makes me think about how the Juubi was split up and how the no-named brother comes into this--as well as his history after the Juubi was defeated.

I think being a reincarnation means to have the will reincarnated.. Not to simply receive OP features.
So Naruto is Asura's reincarnation, ie he holds similar or descended will to Ashura.

And I think it would make more sense that Madara be Indra's reincarnation from a will point of view (Sasuke being more similar to Hitachi now, so, more similar to Konoha and Naruto's will).

Think about it, ALL what is happening in this story is because of Madara and his (as hard as stone) will. And Naruto strong will should resolve Madara's mess. (Sasuke is very important, but doesn't play a major role in this principles/wills thing).

So I say it again, for me what makes sense is this:
Ashura's will is with Naruto..
Indra's will is with Madara!

What is Ninshuu and how does it work and why is it diffirent than Ninjutsu

Ninshū was the first Shinobi sect, which had been founded by Hagoromo. Afterwards, Hagoromo shared his chakra with everyone and in this way they could connect their spiritual energy to understand each other.

I'm not calling your Opinion on something or a theory you have on the future wrong, I am calling what you quoted about Naruto so far from the manga wrong, base on the fact's of what in the manga up to this point (which mean I can quote that you are wrong).

Also Naruto parents do matter, when it come to him (even with him not knowing who they are before 16 years old, but it matter a lot now knowing who they were). Naruto dad was Hokage, meaning he have more of a chance (not a big chance), to become Hokage (it's like if your Dad or Mom was President of the US, you would have more of a chance, then someone who parents wasn't). When it come to his Mom, she was a Uzumaki, which is why Naruto have so much chakra reserves (again it like if your Dad and Mom where really athletic or built in a tall or strong way and was good as some sport, most likely you would be too). If Naruto dad was a ramen cook and his mother was a waitress and he was on his way to become a great ninja and Hokage, instead of a cook of a we'll manage ramen restaurant, then your be totally right (but I bet Naruto still could cook the he!! out of some ramen tho).

By the way please miss me with the Ten Ten had enough OP tools she could be better than or as powerful as Naruto, cause the point was about physically training to make one self more powerful (on some DBZ crap), not in using already O.P on its own Tools, that if you just gave to Naruto will make him a god now (Itachi and Madara have tools, but they are O.P without them, they just skill also at using special weapons). If you was talking about more skill ninja, I would of debated that Ten Ten is more skill than Naruto right now and when it come to weapons using everyone in the manga. But Ten Ten couldn't do anything to become more powerful than Naruto NinjaRasengan (I like how you debate, but stop it, with that argument).

By the way I don't hate ever protagonist, but Naruto fans kill me with pumping Naruto as the most hard working underdog in the manga cause he trying to become better than Sasuke and that not even close to the truth in the manga( which also hurt a true hard training underdog in the manga in Roch Lee), if his fan's was quoting that he was the most disrespected and dislike person in the manga and became the most like and respected person in the manga that OK, but he always had power, he just needed to stop goofing around and train on his skills (even basic ninjutsu is O.P with Naruto, he was able to use shadow clone jutsu and substitution jutsu at the same time, cause he had so much chakra and I'm not even going to talk about how many shadow clones he could produce back then and what he doing now with it in 9 tail fox mode). Also most protagonist are powerful, so I really don't get your full point (Naruto is Joey from Yugioh series, who have the Egyptian pharaoh within him and Egyptian puzzle and who almost never lose a battle, but is still consider to be a underdog)

My point to all the big time Naruto character fans, is Naruto have always been O.P not a underdog and we all really know that to be the truth, cause he had the 9 tail Fox within him. The rookie 9 didn't know that this class clown was powerful, because their parents wasn't allow to tell them he was the 9 tail Jinchuuriki and the 4th Hokage son, but their parents knew and that why they didn't want them to become friends with him, cause he had that O.P power within him, that his dad put there.

So really in the chunin exam almost everyone was underdogs compare to Naruto, after Jaraiya taught him how to tap into and use somewhat Kurama chakra. So Neji was the true underdog against Naruto (and in life really), a guy who had so much chakra, can do 100 shadow clones, can perform shadow clones jutsu and substitution jutsu at the same time (cause he have so much chakra) and if get hit by his 62 palm technique, can use the nine tail fox power.

If in a alternate world Naruto had his Hokage father and Chunin Uzumaki mother, Naruto would have work harder earlier in his life, then if he witnessed his parents get kill by someone and give Naruto the goal of revenge, he would of work twice as hard and been at the same level as Sasuke just with his natural born 4 times more chakra than Kakashi self. But if Naruto still had the nine tail fox too, he would of been three time better than Sasuke (just like the Senju base on their chakra, was better than the Uchiha who are base on their eye's and spiritual power). But Naruto grew up along in his own house and no kid who grow up like that, is going to be serious about work and not go to goof around, until they find a purpose. Sasuke grew up with a hard nose dad and a very skill ninja in his older brother, so he work hard, then his brother Itachi gave him the want for revenge to, so Sasuke going to be a young powerful Uchiha, because he was already smart on top of that (if Sasuke had the 9 tail fox within him at 12, Kurama would have been tame already). This is why I think Naruto is overrated, not cause I hate him ( I use to love him cause he was funny, but could become a real person, now since shippuden, he become a fortunate, destiny to become great, cornball of a character).

Prediction: I think that Sasuke and Madara are reincarnations of Indra while Naruto and Hashirama are reincarnations of Ashura. For all you know Sasuke is having a very similar talk with SO6P. In addition I feel that Sasuke is going to awaken the Rinnengan.

Don’t try to troll or Talk down to me...
Now for the ones insulting Naruto...the sage didn't say anything about him borrowing or being given power. The opposite actually, he said that through suffering, hardwork, and comrades(ie the will to get stronger to protect them...going back to the first lesson he learned from Haku) that he/Ashura were able to become as powerful as a natural genius.
Where did I ever say anything…at all…about Naruto being the ‘Hardest worker in the Manga’? Let me paraphrase…I said he worked hard to become as powerful(you seem hung up on the power part…in the start ofpart1 he had potential …but he had to train, failing repeatedly…sometimes passing out and bruised… until he got it right in order to reach that potential)

Yes having a parent as a president increases your chance to become president…because they are rich and would send their kids to privileged schools and also they would be able to watch their parents work and learn all about what it takes at a young age.(you can’t apply that to Naruto…one he grew up on his own and two he didn’t get too watch Minato, also he went to the same academy as everyone else)

But, If Minato was a ramen cook and Kushina was a waitress(what’s up with waitress…isn’t the whole point that he would ‘inherit’ ramen cooking skills through osmosis?) and the Ramen place caught fire…Then Minato dies in that fire and a pregnant Kushina goes into labor and has Naruto before also dying and so baby Naruto is sent to an orphanage. Naruto grows up loving ramen and wants to become a ramen chef…Does this mean he can instantly make the world’s greatest ramen without first putting in the work and learning to cook? All because his parents /father could cook great ramen.
