She was out of chakra. While chest compressions are more important than forced breathing - it is certainly better to do both. Or... direct compression of the heart, but sticking my hand through someone's ribs would cause more trouble.

Because for a medic, it's always life over limb. Risk losing a limb (or for this matter, Naruto's upper body) due to infection, than risk losing a life.

Infection can later be treated, once you lose a life you lose it forever.

The red squiggles are the major Anterior Spinal arteries than Sakura sliced through. The white lines are the several ribs that Sakura had to shatter and move in order to reach into the chest cavity, and the yellow blob is Naruto's left lung, which Sakura would've had to punch through in order to reach the heart located behind it.

Sakura is now currently contracting the heart from all sides with her fist, which is actually far less effective than standard chest compressions. This action is causing him to continuously bleed out of the gaping external and internal wounds she just created.

Do you know what she could've done better? ****ing CPR. Seriously, there's a reason doctor's don't do this in real life. Because it's retarded. Clearly she hasn't learned a damn thing from Tsunade as far as standard EMPs are concerned, since even 12 year-olds know how to perform chest compressions.

You do realize that mouth to mouth was not needed. His lungs function perfectly fine, he is not choking. All he needed was for his hearth to be started. Mouth to mouth was a nice little bonus.

Right but he wasn't breathing. Wasn't gonna get any oxygen into his lungs which would cause brain damage and eventually even suffacte him to death if the bijuu extraction didn't kill him.

Ignoring the fact that Tobirama died a virgin and has never kissed a girl?

I mean, he loses to:
Hiruzen and others in Suiton.
He loses to Minato in FTG.
He loses to Madara despite him having 1 eyeball and Tobirama being immortal.
He loses to Kabuto and Orochimaru in Edo.

I don't even know why he was revived in the first place. He's bound to keep getting himself embarrassed. He'd be better off being off-screen killed by Madara. Atleast we'd be able to speculate that he put up a good fight. Instead he took Madara's big long rods inside his body.
