Loved it best chapter for this volume (67) we finaly learned the name of the Sage of Six Paths. Looks like that Uzumaki being the sage's last name theory was bogus, also the Huyga one. Loved how the story of the Sage turned out. Didn't see the ten tails final form being a tree coming, though it was kind of hinted. Also I loved that it was the mother of the Sage who had Charaka first. Also the third is back and better than ever, take that haters. 5/5

Pretty damn good chapter this week. Kinda hilarious how a tree is the Juubi's final form but hey, at least it's explained and it's fitting for its story. If I understood correctly then that means all the shinobi are descendants of the sage right? Because if the chakra itself came from the fruit his mother ate it only makes sense that only people from their bloodline got it. Speaking of the sage's mom she totally looked like Mei though maybe it was just because of the hair. It seems like Madara is ready to do something to take over and I hope he does it soon I am sick of Obito. Madara's reasoning was further explained this chapter and I really liked that. Can't wait for next week it's been a long time since this manga got me excited like this.

So the Sage is not an Uzumaki.... His descendant (probably 3, not 2; or another relative for the Uzumaki) took different names??? My theory is ruined... I stiil wait to be confirmed how he got the Rinnegan (probably from the mother-her name is somewhat known to me???); and how the tree turned into the Juubi and it to have that eye... And I think Madara will use that trumph card next chapter.



His name in *********** is different. I think that the name of that clan, which appeared in the first meeting between Madara and Hashirama, have nothing do to with it.



No, the story with the tree and the apple is from ancient legend of Persian story (or something). The Christianity just copied it (or stole it), only create "the sin of the woman"....

btw about people asking why the tree didnt attack sasuke and jugo , i think the tree drained certain amount of chakra from ninjas and stoped , so the tree earned enough chakra to start blooming .
it seems sasuke and jugo was far enough to be in a safe zone .

Sasuke's up next for a fight I believe. He's got his chakra still. The 5 Kage are on they're way to the fight, but may be too late. I can bet that this tree will sprout some fruit and Madara and Oro will go after it. Saru might fight too. Or he may do a story of his own. And they should show Kakash. I dont think he's dead yet. They never really showed him dead, he was close to it.

I thought this chapter was really good! It explained so much and cleared a lot of things up about the origins of chakra and how the Sage came to be. I was also f'n stoked when Saru came back like a boss. I am interested to see if a fruit starts to sprout. On that note I wonder who will obtain the fruit as well. Since it seems that Naruto is out of commission for the moment I wonder who will be the one to take it. IMO I believe Sasuke would do something of sort because he's Naruto's rival and it seems logical that he gets a power up as well. Even if that power makes him surpass Naruto. I do believe that if this happens, Naruto will obtain the other half of Kurama becoming an equal being. Therefore, making it a battle between the two sons? I am unsure where it will go from there but I am as excited as anyone to see how it goes down! =D 5/5

Once again, Kishi blabbers nonsense. If Chakra was obtained from god tree, and it is absorbing chakra back, why are people dying ? That means chakra is life force. then, how come god tree is source of chakra ? were men basically zombies before getting chakra ? If this chakra is affecting their capacity to perform ninjustu/ genjustu, it is understandable.. but, simply dying...

Not that I'm against fodder from dying, but it is insane... Phew, but that's NARUTO I guess...

One more thing. Why is that bi*** Sakura not helping even when she has senjutsu ability ? talk about wasting time protecting fodder !

Rinnegan may be the key factor to fight Juubi... May be, Chakra cannot be absorbed from Rinnegan user. That would explain how SO6P won against Juubi.
