Also I noticed that in the end of the chapter translated by mangapanda,there was "The juubi has been defeated!However dark clouds are getting close".There was nothing like this in the *********** version so this is obviously a mistake on the translator's part of mangapanda.

It could be an error by mangapanda but it's also possible that *********** somehow accidentally missed this phrase. There are only a few phrases in the very last panel so it seems unlikely that mangapanda would just make up a phrase out of nowhere. Chapters often have that tagline at the very end too.

I doubt the Juubi's dead. I can see it getting rid of Amaterasu somehow (maybe by entering its final form?). Or Madara can probably extinguish it.

Don't you idiots know anything?! The kages cannot fight because they are the ones securing the barrier that the juubi is trapped in. How long have you all been reading this series and not noticed that. When the barriers have someone or something sealed in the sealers cannot move from their position and must be protected. I.e. The Orochimaru saga.

In other review, THIS CHAPTER WAS AWESOME! I kind of feel like Sasuke wasn't being sarcastic or an ass when he said he will be Hokage. The reason why is because it seems like he and Naruto may end up having a joint hokage role, like Hashirama and Madara tried but significantly failed to do.

5/5 because cliffhanger and possible ulterior motive which is unexpected after sasuke's resolve to save konoha xd he may weaken the juubi and then become it's jinchuriki; oro is sick but not sick enough to kill tsunade while she's already gravely wounded

Brilliant chapter, Loved it all... Seems Sasuke does have ulterior motives to be honest. I wonder if he could be planning to be the Jinchuuriki of the Juubi so that he can enforce his will on everyone to be the Hokage, Since I doubt anyone ever going to willing agree to him being Hokage. Ah it just a silly idea that popped into my head anyway...


My strongest opinion is that the Juubi is not dead at all, it not even reached it's final stage & I do not believe Amaterasu could defeat the Juubi, I think it will dispel the Jutsu with it's Rinnegan/Sharingan eye or something of the sort, I do not believe nor have I ever believed that Amaterasu could effect the Juubi like it does with anything else. We will have to just see but my god all the Sasuke fans p**sing their panties saying Sasuke can solo the Juubi are just desperate for attention the way their going on & on with their ridiculous ideas, they are seeking for people to argue back with them but they will not listen to simple logic, they just have one thing on their mind... Sasuke's D... :bouncy:

Please come on do you believe the most powerful monster in all of Narutoverse will be killed by Amaterasu, I can see many things happening, Juubi blasting the flames off him like Nagato did or some sort of Jutsu to dispel it, I bet it be the power of it eye because clearly we have A LOT to see from the Juubi still, very much doubt Kishi will suddenly kill off the the Juubi any time soon & before it even reached it final stage. Dude you mad because people like Sasuke or what Sasuke have been able to do to the 10 tail so quickly, than get a life and stop hating because you love Naruto.

Naruto been fighting for what like seem forever with 5 village of ninja's and haven't touch the 10 tail in a serious way and Sasuke just jump on the scene and never seen Naruto Wind Rasenshuriken jutsu and already know how he can use it with his jutsu to combo attack the 10 tail(just like he alway's do with his fire jutsu or lighting jutsu in ever fight he had). Kakashi even told Naruto that he can't learn jutsu as fast as Sasuke because he is a true genius, but since he have so much chakra and determination he can cheat jutsu his way to being the greatest ninja.

Look Sasuke will always be smarter fighter than Naruto and so far in the Manga have always been a better ninja. If Sasuke had the 9 tail fox in him, he would be 4 time more unstoppable than Naruto and would have at 13 been able to control it(Naruto even with 9 tail steriods, blue prints on ever opponent and being a Senju and Uzumaki, still need help from ever ninja in every major fight). You trade Sasuke sharingan eye's as kids to Naruto and give Sasuke the 9 tail Fox and Naruto abundance of chakra, Sasuke still would have been one of the greatest ninja ever, while Naruto would have just been a average Uchiha(maybe even worse than Obito), the same go for a ninja like Kakashi if he was born a Uchiha, Senju, Uzumaki or had the 9 tail, he would of been unstoppable because of how smart and great a ninja he is(but instead he have baby chakra).

So let people like whatever character they want(I almost never like the main character of manga), no one hate you for having Naruto one tail inside you and for getting his white chakra in and all over you(Naruto Balls Boy).

Kudos to those who said Orochimaru was going for Tsunade. I didn't think it was a stretch but never called it.

Not a bad chapter at all. Slightly better than last weeks. I'd give it a 4.5/5.

Orochimaru went to the 5 Kages reason = Get their DNA...(someone said it).
Some are reading too much on the meaning of Sasuke word.
Instead of just words and a single picture; there's need to look/read all the PICTURES to find the actual meaning of what the Manga artist (Kishi) trying to explain. Therefore, interpretation may be very confused.
Manga are base on Pictures /drawings that's where there are different from fiction books.
Sasuke and Naruto will fight; not as enemy, but of Hokage title...(Madara vs Hashimara) (someone said)

I know team 7 is strong n all, but just what is this??!! i think i read Naruto the fairy tale instead of Naruto the manga, you know the "and they all lived happily ever after" stuff.... we all know they are really strong but the glorifying thing has become somewhat over done at this point huh?? i mean why don't all the rest just sit back and take a vacation!!! i mean Naruto Sasuke and LOL Sakura are here why would anyone else be needed and also LOL it's not like naruto and them were fighting desperately at their wit's end just a while back before sasuke and them showed up
oh n i still don't buy the sakura trumps tsunade in a flash thing, i just don't cox it does not make sense in the "oh yeah she was sooo strong and capable when she was a genin too" sense, maybe it does make sense in a "oh yeah she's the main heroine so she gotta be strong sense"..... but it made the manga story line weak IMO. Does anyone else feel that way??
While it was an epic chapter in itself with all the action and cool moves, i think it has only contributed to making the manga seem a bit peculiar overall

I agree that Sakura should've been shown getting her powers more. For basically the start of Part II, we've seen absolutely no difference and then out of nowhere she gets the Summoning Jutsu and the Byakugou.

That makes no sense at all and was poor writing on Kishimoto's part, but as he's already admitted, he's bad at drawing female characters and making them spectacular. It's annoying, but bearable.

There was a lot of possible foreshadowing this chapter.

-The look in sasuke's eyes when he and naruto killed the 10 tails brings to light that all may not be sunshine and rainbows a in shinobi land as far as team 7 being whole again.

-The mention of wind being the only element that can defeat lightning foreshadows a possible showdown with Naruto and Sasuke, even though the intention behind this fact being brought to light was more for more obvious reason.

-Orochimaru arriving at the deathbed of the 5 Kage with Tsunade still alive made me think that he could possibly be waiting for her to die, and then perform the edo tensei on her and the other 4 kage should they die as well.
