Senpou Mokution was used by Hashi to summon shinsuusenju

His markings and and signs are the same as jiraya and narutos when entering sage mode.
his markings look similar to tsunades when she uses her self recovery technique

SENJU CLAN of the FORREST were the Rivals to the Uchia

The only remaining sacred place in the manga to rival the importance of mount myoboku or Ryuchi the Dragons ground cave is shikkotsu forrest (sorry about spelling)

It is ignorant to say that naruto and jiraya would be able to use sage mode and Hashi the god of shinobi couldnt.

Sage arts can only be taught in extraordinary, sacred places by animals who have obtained enlightenment and equilibrium with nature.

The only remaining place like this we are yet to see is shikkotsu forrest, where hashirama senju of the forrest clan, learned mokution and sage mode. It is also relevant to note how their student hiruzens summon is the monkey king enma.

unfortunately the only remaining summon of the legendary sannin is tsunades slug. hopefully the sage mode does not encompass slugs but rather a cooler summon, explaining why tsunade cannot perform this sage mode.

Shikkotsu forrest translates to damp bone forrest. The translation itself says damp. Water element charka mixed with earth chakra is used to create mokution. This sacred place is where hashi learned his unrivaled mokution.

The manga does foreshadow towards the animal/teacher being a slug due to slugs healing powers and hashiramas ability to heal himself. Maybe tsunade wasn't skilled enough to handle this sage mode similar to orochimaru.

In conclusion, Hashirama learned his sage arts and mokution at the shikkotsu Forrest

dont be reprized if madara poped up dragon mode and b1tch slaped all haters on face ... anyways

maybe Hashirama really is a sage (of something), cause as he was talking to madara, he was molding chakra (or maybe nature energy?), and he didnt move until his facemarkings had changed. Naruto's face changes too, when he enter sage mode...
so its quite reasonable for me
but
Jiraya hold his hands just like Hashirama while he was summoning the elders to help him gather nature energy while fighting pain, so it can be a kind of summoning as well...
we will see, whats that really is

is it ur 1st time realizing hash. has sage mode ??its not a big seprize that he is ...Uchiah's power comes from the mind ( energy)
sinju's power comes from thair body and strength ...
what would be an OP is a sinju using optical energy ( like shringun , bakugun ...etc)
or an Uchiha's using a physical energy (like any sage mode )

and thats why when i sayed sasuke might be a bigger problem if he has any sage arts (if dragon mode , it would be too much of an OP)

I could never give a chapter like this a 5/5 I am amazed anybody would. I give it a 2/5 which is a shame because I gave the one before this a 4/5. The big fight between madara and hashirama turned aout to be nothing more than a giant game of pokemon or yugiyo ...what a let down. Again instead of classic ninja action this is all about who can summon what and who has the biggest summon. I am heavily disappointed with the fact that the direction is going into the large scale hindu and other eastern gods and myths and I feel like its doing nothing but promoting eastern teaching and has totally abandoned the true ninja and action that naruto mangas had before.

Kishimoto ....seriously stop with the flashbacks I am sure sasuke wanted to hear the truth not sit down and listen to a flashback of when they were kids and here we go again Madara is jealous and feels bitter. Hashirama is care free and friendly. Then the two clash over a girl or over some stupid jealousy competition that gets blown out of proportion .....then they become bitter enemies. How typical can this all get. Now were going to have to brace our selves for what I call manga filler of the two going through everything I described.

The last manga was going somewhere and had us all buzzed in on what the hokages were doing. This one was all about promoting kishis religion and showcasing hashirama has the mystical 3rd eye and the diety with 10000s of arms ......I wanted to see some classic uchiha and senju combat with tiajutsu and swords and flames and moktun style not this crap. 2 out of 5 and lucky I was being generous prepare yourselves for filler both anime and the manga.

I actually, enjoyed the chapter, although you have a slight point. We are seeing less of taijutsu, and other popular ninja arts. No wonder they are both classified as gods of shinobi...

i dont understand how ppl say naruto fought pain not nagato so what 6 bodys one main power and all of them know how to fight and can counter for each one plus this form of pain went around destroy hella shit so what makes you think naruto is still weaker then sasuke i dont get that. if sasuke fought pain he would have lost just saying

I honestly think each member of the Uchiha clan develop different powers maybe he doesn't know it...Jus cuz the clan has the Sharingan doesn't mean they all have the same abilities. We still as of yet have seen Madara use Tsukyomi or Amaterasu if i'm not mistaken.

Isn't the Moon's Eye Plan all about using Infinite Tsukiyomi? And Amaterasu is an integral part of Susano'o. With his and Hashi's battle it's all about the summons now. No close quarters fighting in the traditional sense, aka personal susano'o armor and weapons, cave battles, etc. At this point, Kurama is steed and avatar for Madara, so of course he would extend susano'oo to kurama. And we did see amaterasu in the form of the sword ripped from the hilt, rapped in bijuu-dama, and hurled at Hashi.

This chapter to me served at an allusion to the Sasuke/Naruto relationship. Hashirama/Madara started off as kids and had been rivals since. Just like Sasuke/Naruto. Right now Sasuke isn't concerned with Naruto... I cant wait to see what happens this week... i hope the story moves along and this isn't a prolonged flashback. We know most of the "legend" between Hashirama and Madara...

i think it was the old toad who summoned the boos toad and the other two...if your referring to when they came to the hidden leaf to fight pain than yeah..and plus naruto found it hard to summon the toads in the first place..i'd reckon trying to summon something bigger would be unrealistic
