omg are you guy dense? this chapter wasn't worthless. when the bad guys are about to die there are always flashbacks. Haven't you guys been watching/reading Naruto for a long time. You guys should already know about this.

Not to bad of a chapter IMO, yea maybe kishi could have saved the flashback towards the end of the fight but regardless of when it is were gonna see flash backs. Personally seing peoples backstory is one of my favorite parts of naruto. I bet next week is gonna be the exact same thing but with more flashbacks.

The funny part all the chapters below this lately i rate them 3 or 4 , and this the only chapter i give 5 , when many see it as bad chapter , i can see how people taste is different and this chapter was a reward for some because the chapters before this was very good for the other side of fans.
For me this chapter was sad as it showed kabuto past and its not new in naruto , we saw how the bad and good people had a sad past in this ninja world , a part of us liked the drama side of naruto and the sad/emotional parts of it , when the other part enjoys the action and fights between ninja.
I enjoy both parts for this i can't give this chapter bad rate , also the manga chapter is 16-18 pages or tho , we shouldn't expect every chapter to be fight fight fight. When these 3-4 chapters turn into 1 anime episode it will have another taste.

uhm i talked much xD but i just wanted to say its not a bad chapter for me and i can see other people than me who gave this chapter 5.

and i also think that Kabuto might just end up getting saved and then in turn saving or at least helping to save the allied forces..

I thought about this too... I think he still is going to die or at least leave with a big question mark like when Oro was pulled from sasuke and the snake slithered away. there are a lot of lines being drawn between itachi and kabuto and I feel like in a way itachi is not really talking to kabuto so much as he is talking to sasuke, he wants sasuke to listen to what he is telling kabuto about not being so full of hate and how to trust and rely on others. I think its setting it up so that one of the two sasuke or kabuto will have a change of heart.

I thought this was a great chapter! - I like back story, and I want to better understand characters. - I am with the kabuto fan boys - he is broke - way to powerful, I have a feeling there will be more and more level ups across the board on characters from here on out, we have already seen a ton, and many of the main characters still haven't begun to really fight, naruto, sasuke, tobi - if he is to lose then the uchiha bros are the ones to get the job done.

also have a question. Does genjitsu even work on sage mode? - bout to find out I guess. but i feel like it shouldn't be able to with all the different chakras mixed and genjitsu works by controlling the chakra ? - I could be wrong.

Kishi makes the manga drag on with so many flashbacks. Noone wanted to see this much of Kabutos' past as far as I'm concerned. I understand that we wanted to get a brief history of where Kabuto came from and all that but really.... how he got his name?, that wasn't even necessary. The only thing we wanted to see was another sage technique which he showed us in this weeks manga. But my God this weeks' chapter was far below average. Kishi needs to put the spotlight bak on Naruto or the 5 Kages. I swear if Tobi, the Jinchuuriki, the Kages, or Madara get off-paneled....

Not so terrible, but I think people, myself included, are hating this chapter so much because it was an extreme let down after expecting an explosive debut of izanami for an entire week. 3/5

Anyone else notice that Itachi and Kabuto's conversation is almost an exact repeat of Naruto's and Sasuke's valley discussion? Regarding their families and histories/identities?

This Chapter was a complete utter waste of my time, sorry if I sound negative, but it's the truth. Kabuto is one of my LEAST favorite characters in the anime, so what makes you think I'm interested in his past history? All Kishi did was re-state what was already stated in the PREVIOUS CHAPTERS, Itachi and Kabuto had identity problems, and they like to tell lies, therefore need to commence buttsmex(Joke)!It's almost as if Kishi is procrastinating for something else!Honestly, the whole "lonewolf" concept is getting tired.

I give it a 1 because it was lame, in my opinion, and an extra point for...whatever. So it gets a 2 from me.:flaw:
