Hmm where to start? Three major battles are ongoing. I'll start with the Naruto vs Tobi.
Naruto must be reaching his limit soon and Tobi has really done much. But as everyone pointed out after Tsunade's was stabbed the death of a major character is neccessary but I doubt it will be her. Sakura is not on her level so the ninja world still needs her. That said I believe Guy is going to open all 8 gates against Tobi. He'll open 7 but he'll deem it necessary to open the 8th before the reinforcements arrive. Kakashi always has the trouble of running out of chakra.IIRC he's been in the war already so his chakra isn't 100%. He can only use raikiri 4 times and he can only use mangekyo sharingan 3 times.And he has the sharingan active. Although to go off on a tangent I never understood how regular people who live without ever awakening their chakra, but when a ninja loses their chakra they die... So the dynamic dual maybe die but I definitely believe Guy will (which is a shame because Gai is epically awesome).
Next my personal favorite, the kage battle. That said I believe Tsunade is the most powerful kage present. Her healing abilities are unrivaled. She has an extensive knowledge of poisons and the human body. She's able to use chakra scapels. She's able to short circuit nervous system, she has an enormous supply of chakra, She is the strongest character to date physically. Her regeneration was rivaled only by edo-tensei's and Hashirama. In addition she's quickish and dextrous.being an Uzumaki her she is harder to kill. (Kushina after Kurama's extraction from her body). She tanked an attack to her lungs from Kabuto which he said would have stopped any normal person from breathing but she was still fighting.She tanked the Sword of Kusunagi, the Totsuka Sword, Kabuto's attacks, Heavenly Transfer Technique, and Yasaka Magatama. For these reasons I don't believe she'll die in this battle. However, the Raikage will die in my opinion. He has one arm for starters. His bread and butter is his speed, but again he only has one arm and he's rather fond of punching as opposed to kicking. As per the Zabuza arc single handed seals are only accomplished through a kenkkei genkkai. So all he has left in his arsenal is HULK SMASH! HE has no regenative properties. He doesn't neccessarily think things through. Examples during 5 kage summit he was showed as quick tempered, and he rushed after sasuke's black flames which resulted in his loss of a limb. In addition he believed that he could stop Bee, Tsunade and Naruto. He's past his prime. The Mizukage and Kazekage will both live they've proved instrumental in the battle have numerous worthwhile skills. The tsuchikage however will die. Firstly, he's ancient. Secondly, as per the outlay of this series its about the next generation stepping forward. As he was leaving for the summit someone suggested that he let a younger person take over as tsuchikage. In addition he's thrown out his back in the middle of a battle already. His ninjutsu will not be effective. So he'd have to do the heavy body technique to punch which may throw out his back again. Ultimately he's just too old and it's time to pass the torch.
In terms of Madara. I remain unimpressed. The majority of what he has used has been Hashirama's jutsu's. The uchiha are not impressive by the sole fact of them being uchiha's. The fire techniques are nice but with a water/acid/fire/magma user and a sand user present they are nothing to brag about. Susanoo obviously has its flaws as Tsunade and A destroyed his first attempt at Susanoo. Which then only leaves three things. Firstly his Edo-Tensei. Secondly his rinnegan, and thirdly chakra reserves as an Uchiha.As per his Rinnegan only physical attacks will work. Meaning he can asorb chakra but he can't asorb punches, kicks, rocks, or magma. I believe his chakra is nearly exhausted at this point ( 1 clones was sealed - 50% splits remaining chakra in 26 [25 clones and 1 original]) In addition to the techniques he's been using he has to be running toward low. So I can see his defeat coming either at the hand of the kages or through other means. Or he could escape and be the next major villian. Though I doubt this.
Then there is the Sasuke and Itachi fight vs Kabuto. I don't have much to say because I can't analyze Kabuto as the last time he fought it was against Tsunade nearly 400 chapters ago. I don't think he should be underestimated though. I do not doubt that he has a full understanding of the sharingan and rinnegan and there weaknesses. However, I do wonder about his battle prowess. And what's going to happen to Anko. Ultimately I'm hoping Kabuto and Tobi escape and become the next major villian pair that would end out the series.
