Here's what I think. I don't think that Tobi is Zetsu I think that Tobi uses Zetsu clones in serious fights just in case he loses or he has been infused with some of white zetsu to regenerate himself when he gets wounded. Tsunade is not dead the jutsu she just used heals her automatically when she's wounded. She had to know that that was a wood clone so their is something up her sleeve. I also would not underestimate Kabuto. He knows the ins and outs of the sharingan. He has studied the Uchiha with orochimaru for years and who knows what he has up his sleeve. We have yet to see him fight since this new transformation.

I could see that being the case. One thing I'm interested in, is when Orochimaru will return, because you know its going to happen. All those years of research, the fact that some of his plans were recently found, and on top of that, Kabuto having part of him within his own body, I think its just a matter of time before Orochimaru springs back into the fray. I just don't see his being sealed at the hands of Itachi being the last we see of him.

That being said, I'm curious as to what it meant when Naruto said he just learned a bunch of names. Does that inquire that learning the name of a tailed beast and their jinchuriki, you get their power?

After she got stabbed by Madara's Susano Sword, maybe Tsunade will split into multiple pieces like a goo-like slug and return to her normal self after like what Katsuyu did during their battle with Manda and Orochimaru. Much akin to a Slug-Type Substitution Technique, if there's anything like that.

yes that might be the case but you have to note that for a you to know a tailed beast real name you must be chosen by the beast .So it brings the point back to naruto since all the tailed beast told him their names you can pretty guess that he was therefor chosen and accepted by all of them .
And to be choosen by a bijou means that you are given its power as we have seen all along

i think that should also be the case then its a good trump card that she should have and that she should have a good reason for keeping a secrete

It's great to see Itachi being NOT Itachi from Akatsuki anymore. His comment on the last page shows how much Itachi is being "himself".

A less serious demeanor.

Plus, all this time in the manga we always see that Itachi has foresight and plans ahead but I think now its great to see Itachi's plan failed. He didn't expect Sasuke to come after him, and now Kabuto is excited to see Sasuke.

Haha, would love what Itachi will think of next.

Aight, once again, here I am to recap this weeks manga points and help direct this thread into the right places.

1. This weeks manga was again translated in a funky way.

2. Some of you are insistent that Tsunade isn't dead or going to die. She was using her regeneration technique to become temporarily 'immortal' (well, not immortal, just harder to kill) when she engaged Madara. She did the same thing when she fought against Orochimaru, and used it to heal herself of wounds that would have otherwise been lethal.

However, we are talking about a regular sized sword, straight through the chest, narrowly missing her heart, then being pulled out soon after. This time arround, it's a tree trunk sized sword from Susano, and it's not only impaling her through the stomach, but it's lifting her up off the ground.

I don't know why you guys think she's still alive, but she would have to have the sword removed before she could begin to heal. The more time that passes, the less likely she's going to be alive in the next chapter. Not only that, but it shows her slumped over the sword as it's lifting her up.

I'm pretty confident that Tsunade is dead.

I was thinking the same thing. Cause Madara was looking kind of scared in the Manga after Naruto said that. They need to cut back to it. I'm right there with you on Orochimaru as well. That man devoted damn near his entire life to being immortal. He's coming back one way or the other.

My prediction is Tsunade WANTED to be stabbed and she knew she would be stabbed.

Why you ask? She allowed herself to be stabbed so she can seal off Madara's ability. We saw Hiruzen do it to Orochomaru and Tsunade was tasked to "fix" it, certainly Tsunade knows how to do such a seal.

Now I don't think Tsunade can just shut down Madara. Obviously he still has the EMS. But perhaps she can either seal off his use of Wood Technique or she can seal off his use of Susanoo.

Not a bad chapter. Kabuto.. evil villians... am I right? They just don't know when to give up or shut up. He is obviously not the clever antagonist of the story that he thinks he is. Honestly I like Tobi more. Something tells me Kabuto's plan will fail before Tobi's plan does. At least I hope so!!! xd

Since nobody seems to think about it: the way I see it now Itachi vs Sasuke is inevitable.

Sasuke heard the whole conversation outside the arch, so he would know that EDO CAN'T BE STOPPED IF KABUTO IS DEAD, and earlier itachi told sasuke that he himself is an edo.

So for itachi to succeed, when the edo tensei ends he will be gone as well, and sasuke will lose his beloved nisan all over again. It's not like sasuke gives a damn about the war and the villages, so the only option for him is to try and kill kabuto and STOP THE JUTSU FROM BEING ENDED.

and itachi will have to actually try to protect kabuto and stop sasuke.

It's not like sasuke can hurt edo itachi anyway, since he obviously won't try to seal him. So sasuke can throw everything he's got at his brother, not to defeat him but to incapacitate him long enough so he can kill kabuto.

Sasuke vs Itachi round 2 just has to happen, and this time for real: itachi has to stop sasuke to end edo and save the world; sasuke can feel free to use his most powerful moves to incapacitate itachi since he won't have to worry about actually hurting him

kabuto gave him the powers of hashirama(mainly the mokuton techniq)through hashiramas dna but did not give him rinegan .....

Yeah madara knows who tobi is and he is well aware of moon eye plan
second madara awakened rinnegan himself after the fight with shodai hakage but kabuto only implant hashi's dna just for mokuton.
