Your Izuna Theory:
Its true he gave Madara his eyes, but in every flashback you see that Madara pulled his eyes. There was no special skill behind and now you think after Izuna lost both eyes he managed to implant Madara his own eyes?
We also never saw if Obito really died. A few month ago everyone thought Madara died direct after the fight against Hokage.
I don't know about the stolen eyes theory. if I am right Madara should have obtain rinnegan before his death, so why Tobi doesn't have Rinnegan? And if your theory would be true, why does Madara know Nagato???

Tobi is a Zetsu like being, a being of evil manifested in living tissue.
You see his mushroom like arm in his battle against danzos support ninja.
Also a small but intresting thing i found, zetsus favorite quote is "The only one you can count on is yourself". But he is always in place as tobi's #2? Why? because zetsus an extention of tobi, i believe.

what spoiler don,t tease even though it is likely tobi already has ninetails chakra from the edo brothers that had ninetails chakra he said it was a sub so bee is his likely target but atleast i hope they show tobi real face and he,s reviled or maybe naruto go.s after him when he take.s bee and sasuke stop him to fight

I predict the 9tails will acknowledge naruto and will give him more chakra. then in the next manga will use a full form tail like a arm from the back. like bee with the octo arm
