The thing that makes me wonder..
The Ninetailed Fox remembered Madaras chakra.
But he was under control by Tobi 16-17 years ago..
So did he remembered Tobis chakra or Madaras..
Can anyone enlighten me?

Tobi( man in the mask) controlled the kyuubi and extracted it from Kushina at Naruto's birth. When Madara fought with the first hokage (was it 100 years ago?) he used his mangekyo sharingan to control it.

Imo, the chapter proved it was the real Madara who summoned the Kyuubi 16 years ago.
'Cause when he tried to summon kyuubi in the latest chapter, the 9 tails recognized Madara's chakra.
Meaning, Madara was alive 16 years ago, but not anymore.

I'm sure the ending of this war is going to either piss people off or be an AMAZING ending. But how many of you think that Itachi, Tobi, Madara, Sasuke and Naruto will all meet up eventually? Who's going to fight who?

I have a feeling Tsunade's gunna turn up and perform some hardcore badassery!!! She's senju after all... I'm PRAYING she pulls out something uber!!!!

I hope she does also but I have a bad feeling Kishi is getting ready to kill her off. Naruto will probably become hokage not long after the conclusion of the war.

Makes sense, I'm accepting a lot of theories. That might be why Madara mentioned Nagato. I think its possible that Madara advanced from sharingan to rinnegan, gave the eyes to Nagato before death, then the "troll in the mask"
takes Madara's identity.

When I thought Onooki was dead, I said, "Nooo... Onooki!!!" When he was alive, I said, "Oh. Bummer." xd And my favorite part of the chapter is where it turned into pokemon!

good quote but the masked madara was the one who summoned nine tails and also fought the 4th. im pretty sure the masked madara is a split body from the main madara. he kept speaking of becoming whole again and restoring power to his eyes. i think maybe the main madara used the body split tech the muu uses. and more than likely Kabuto is clueless to the possibility of it. for example in the latest chap edo madaras reaction to kabuto saying something about the fake madara. its like he knows kabuto doesnt really know what he (madara) is planning to do.kabuto will lose control of edo tensei by itachis doing and the masked and edo madara will probably try and fuse or somethin crazy like that.

if tsunade dies, which i don't think will happen...she's still to fresh of an hokage, I think Kakashi will be the new Hokage. Naruto has some maturity issues to deal with. He still reacts without thinking ahead. He'll be Hokage but around his early 20s.

A clone(almost depleted),a half-dead Kage, Gaara(injured), Temari, Dodai, and those other guys against an all powerfull Uchiha spamming meteors with woodstyle and Rinnegan. We can't also forget Muu and any other tricks Kabuto has. Things look pretty bleak right now.xd

Okay, people keep mentioning that the 1st hokage could maybe be Tobi but here is my reason as to how he isn't the 1st hokage:
1. He loved Konoha and has absolutely no reason to go against them.
2. He faught against Madara (key word "against") so there's no reason for him to work with Madara
Here is what I don't understand about the 1st hokage.
1. How could he beat Madara? Just wood style and strength ain't gonna cut it.
2. How is he in the flower thing with Yamato, regenerating the Zetsu's, if his soul was sealed in te Dead Demons Scroll technique thing?

They are simply growing a plant by feeding it Hashirama's cells. His soul is not involved.

Alright first off let me star off by apologizing to everyone I know how much you guys have this theory on this forum but after reading this chapter I have been converted to the theory that tobi is obito or their using his body somehow. Possibly after he was crushed maybe orochimaru stole his body and did experiments with it but unfortunately obito somehow regained a bit of control and went rouge on orochimaru that's hey Kabul said he didn't know if the fake madara will act as planned. I don't know but it's starting to seem more likely then the other theories out there.

i never though that the kyubi will help naruto

i said this before in and older post the fox was realizing that narutos was changing him.. hes a container full with love like MIto and never mistreated the fox in any sense.. but now the fox said it i prefer to choose you over madara because he knows madara will over use him and abuse him... Dont forget what naruto said when he took over the fox's charka.. he said he wont hurt him to just wait
