I don't understand how Madara could have lost to the First Hokage if he possessed the Rinnegan. Does anyone have theories there? =/

He may not have died after his encounter with the first, and gained the Rinnegan at some point after.

Another theory I have is that the reason that Madara lost to the first was because his Rinnegan may have been a double edged sword.

Kabuto mentions that thanks to him he makes Madara better than in his prime. This makes me think that Madara's body could not withstand the use of the Rinnegan. Hence why his new Edo body may allow him to use it since he is now immortal.

So6p could use it since he had the equivalent body to the Senju, and Nagato could use it due to his clans signature lifeforce.

To everyone else, I have a tingling feeling in my balls that Tobi is trying to become the next So6p by gaining both the body and the eyes of the sage.

I wonder what his role to Madara was.

Hold up here is my theory!:
So Madara must have awakened the Rennigan when he mastered the EMS. He gave it to Nagato because He was a Uzimaki Which is pure Guinness. Only A uchiha, Senju, And Uzimaki can get the rennigan(Because of Senju blood.) So madara knew he was going to be brought back to life. He knew everything was ganna happen he knew their would be another hokage that would surpass the 1st.(4th hokage). So he gave the Rennigan to Nagato to bring him back to life. And you know who this all connect to? thats right all this connects to Naruto.(Child of the Prophecy). Thats the Reason why he knows Nagato. But guess what something went wrong, he was thinking ''okay im brought back to life but something is wrong, Something is up'' ''Their must be an error''. So because Naruto Changed Nagato ways which made Nagato bring eveyone back to life. Madara entrusted Nagato with everything because he was one of the last remaining Uzimaki's. But naruto Was a jinjurikii. Madara was to strict he coudn't trust Naruto and have him master the Rennigan and mabey achieving the ten tails. So he came up with Nagato bringing him back to life, Thats why he knows him. But someone interfiers with his plan and you know it. it was tobi. Tobi is trying to use madara for his plan, Madara wanted to use the moon eye plan, Tobi is after the Ten tails. Tobi stole madaras identity and then claimed he was madara. So before Tobi lost his prime he must have killed madara. So who is stronger then Madara? SO that leaves me with the conclusion that Tobi is the sage of sixth paths.

the first piece of rinnegan and ems makes sense then it just doesnt at all and if tobi was so6p then he would have already had a rinnegan so6p died plus that connects to naruto made no sense either you are just plain wrong here

Its connected to naruto Because he is the child of the prophecy. Plus Tobi would have to be really strong to kill madara woudnt he? So thats why im saying so6p We think that we know alot mabey next chapter their will be a huge twist.

If you look at it the senju and uchiha clans were equals one had the power of the eyes the other of the body of so6p. thinking that just having EMS and rennegan made madara more powerful is wrong. besides remember that the 1st also had tailed beasts under his control.

I thought this was stupid, so you get the rinnegan if you advance your sharigan enough, now stupid sasuke will end up getting it. That was just dumb.It was good however to see Madaras abilities but like i dunno i didnt need that. So what does that mean about nagato? did he have sharingan and advance it so quickly so that he had it whe he was 6? Or did he start off with the rinnegan?

The Sage chose the younger son to be his successor when he was dying because he agreed with the younger sons answer to peace more than the older sons, the younger sons was love, the older was his eyes, Kishimoto made it sound like the sage wasn't the type of person to plan this evil way of bringing peace Tobi is planning.

If the Teenagers Sasuke and Naruto ever have time to train or somehow get stronger through battles they may end up having the new "greatest ninja fight" or if they get stronger maybe Naruto and Sasuke against Madara and Tobi.

tobi is not shisui because he did not hate ninja world
tobi is not obito because obito is dead and some say he could have used izanagi but if u say this u are retarded because he awakened his sharingan an our before he died
so i think it could be izuna but madara wouldnt refer to him that way so really i have no clue
