I always knew he wasnt the real madara remeber tobi's fight with konan how he lost sight in his eye trying to kill he i think tobi maybe madara brother who had to steal low level sharigans to amp up his own power i cant prove this but i think it may be true. And if Tobi is orochimaru creation with 1 hokage cells and mandara cells thats is possible clones ages very fast that a normal body.

Or just, he told clone to end a job and when done revive me with nagatos power of rinnegang, since clone failed, bicouse nagato bettrayed him, he was about to take a place of Real Madaras, till the last coffin cracked..

1st Obito was able to perform Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique, 2nd He displayed fast reflexes and good taijutsu skill. 3rd He was also able to awaken his Sharingan and immediately use it with great ease, despite it being his first time using it. and By the age of 13 he was already a Chūnin, To compare, Neji did not become one til 15. So id have to disagree that Obito was a bad ninja. he was in fact a pretty effective ninja., while i do find it unlikely for it to be either Izuna or Obito, I can say with certainty that is not. but to say it cant be Obito because you think him to be a terrible ninja is not a reasonable agruement!

Had not thought about that, but things can always be explained. I still see Obito more likely that Izuna. The name is one of the main reasons too and there is so many things that makes sense.

i think that it is obito since it probably cant be izuna cuz he already lost his eyes to madara
this means that if it is izuna, he had to get eyes that were equally strong as his

The only proof that madara took Izuna's eyes is Tobi's word. Its just as likely that the story might be reversed and that Izuna Uchiha took Madara's eyes

Okay so this chapter completely mind raped me. I did believe it was Madara but this ended that theory pretty fast, however, i have read several posts that state otherwise, but im not too convinced that this is all one large and elaborate plan that Madara had though of. I dont know what to think because in all the chapters i have read i hav not found anyone who seems suitable for this role as the fake madara, tobi, or whatever you wish to call him. But i am anxious to see who plays out this role, Kishi is doing a great job, and for everyone being a hater about Naruto jumping in STFU! Sure we can all agree that it is predictable but seriously who else can detect the white zetsu's? Everyone is freaking out because they cant so stop complaining. Kishi has turned our minds backwards and turned it up and down. I mean, he really screwed our heads this time. But then in the end, there are random characters thrown in the manga, who knows the Fake-Madara might of been his son or something. The battle is about to turn around, a lot. 5 for the rate.

That's a good point but naruto always had the nine-tails fox's chakra a a crutch. His new found power aka "nine-tails chakra form" is self explanitory. He is still completely dependent on the nine-tails. Obito never had the kind of power in him. plus he's dead so it doesnt matter

Itachi sealed away Orochimaru with the susano'o which sasuke now has and i do believe it said that you can never escape the genjustu world you go to when your stabbed by it so im confidently saying we should NEVER see him again unless its in a flashback, plus Kabuto would be pretty pissed lol

Well this is My best prediction about who is Tobi; First let's see all this Information
1)Tobi hates Konoha=>Tobi is not Obito
2)Tobi was surprised when Kabuto showed him Impure world ressurection and it was not planned and when Madara was summened he was awesomed to be ressurrected with that technique =>Tobi is not madara
3)Itachi was already resseructed =>Tobi is not Itachi
4)Tobi's plan is to rule the world with MS Tsukomyu , and we all know that using MS too long makes you blind only if you are taking some body else MS and this transplent doesn't work only between Uchiha shinobi =>Tobi is an Uchiha who took his MS from another Uchiha
5)The only way that an Uchiha could get informations about 10 tails bijuu is weather he is from a very ancient time or he read it from the uchiha secret rock, and we know that Tobi needed Riingan to accomplish reading The informations from the rock => Tobi is not the sage of six paths son and this confirms that he is not tobi since tobi did not had MS
6)Tobi is using his MS and he lost one in the fight vs Konan and we saw there that he can solidify himself (He is made of Real Flesh) => Tobi is not Shisu since Shisu los both of his eyes one to Itachi and and one To Danzo and Tobi was looking for Shisu's Eye from Danzo
7)Tobi is an Uchiha who lived in the time of Hashirama and the birth of Nagato since he said that he is one who gave him Riingan=>.........................
Finally) The only shinobi who aquires all this conditions is Izuna : He has MS (Can read the rock) and lived by the time of Hashirama and not yet ressurected (not dead) and he have the reasons to hate Konoha and of course he could take Madara'eyes back since he was burried in a place even Kabuto could reach and maybe he took Hashirama's flesh from dead Madara's weapons Or Madara's eyes got mixed with Hashirama's blood or some stuff like this and His weakness was for making a technique to live all this time or for taking a dead uchiha eyes
Also I can't see that is possible for Madara to be a new Charecter because Madara is the first one who activated MS and all the othe known mentioned Uchiha who had it are Izuna then Shisu and Itachi and Sasuke and to make a new Uchiha is Tobi this will be A crap
So can anyone beat this Analyse or find a gap in it
