Yes, kempachi is correct. Sasuke would have been dead if Raikage dropped his leg on him and he will not die but lost his leg as well. He would do anything to make Sasuke to the death since he thought he killed his brother.

i think u guys r forgetting that nagato can repel any physical attact too.so itachi's susanos attack would also be repeled by him on a 1v1 fight nagato would win and thus just it

I like how Itachi got all the summons in the eye with Kunui just before he saves Naruto and B with Susano'o. He took out the rinnegan's shared vision ability. It reminded me of a young Itachi hitting all the targets in the bullseye when he's showing Sasuke how to throw shuriken.
Then as the dust settles and Nagato can't see a thing he pierces him with the sword of Totsuka.

Im sure that kabuto was aware that itachi could and would use the sword of totsuka to get nagato maybe it was kabutos plan to get to the sword or whatever. maybe he can still summon and use nagato or use the rinnegan to hide in the sword just like kisame did for example and then come out to get shisui's eye and get orochimaru out of the seal

blah blah, nagato is stronger than itachi end of. now ppl wats your predictions for next chapter, in my opinion it can go ANY WHERE, kakashi, head quarters, feudal lords, ambush squad, madara/kabuto or even sasuke. i only want sasuke and his ems to be shown so everyone will stop complaining so much ^_^ . or it can be dedicated to an information filled chapter between a long coversation between itachi and naruto.

anyway my prediction is that nxt week will be abit of kabutos reaction of the situation and what his next plan will be; i think hes gonna end the edo for itachi now that he isnt putting his effort into nagato, then itachi will say hes farewell aswell. then will see abit of madara and maybe sasuke?(MY PREDICTION REMEMBER)
i know a load of people will be like "WTF itachi is here for good theirs no way he can just wither away after the effort of him breaking free from the control" well it wont make sense if one of kabutos pawns proceed to ruin his plans, he can just end the jutsu that HE cast because thats the only thing keeping itachi tied to the world of the living.

Your right. That is what the translation says.

But I think if the Edo Tensei were to be cancelled, then Itachi's soul would have returned to the pure world. Instead, I think only Kabuto's control over Itachi has been cancelled by genjutsu. Technically, Itachi is now being controlled by the genjutsu. I think I'm a bit confused again

That powerbomb is not (A)'s strongest attack the lasurith is he never used laserith. Sasuke was gittin banged up the hole fight (before gaara came and saved him) . Susano'o was crumblin. Sasuke was tryin to use it for the first time and gaara gave him time when he saved him

Naruto can definitely defeat Sasuke... Sasuke lost a bunch of chakara a few times over using Susaso'o(spelling).

Susaso'o would go from i guess you can call it stage 2(which is when its fully armored) back to stage 1 when he got low on chakara.. and that would be the perfect time for Naruto to win... I understand that Sasuke has great chakara Reserves but, im sure we can all agree that Naruto has more stamina than Sasuke does and its not by that much but it'll be just enough to get the victory! there's been times when Sasuke would be exetremly low on chakara and kinda rely on his Hate to fuel his power, but in the last battle with Naruto, Talk No Jutsu will get the better of Sasuke in that matter..

just my opinion
