I gave it a 5 as usual. I generally like the storyline anyway with very few disappointments.

For Naruto to have a chakra mode / cloak he's not very fast..how is Itachi keeping up with him?

He's fighting Itachi on his speed level instead of his own.

Well I have thought that the power is not to seal the MS but dojitsu itself. I mean how else could he defeat all those powerful Uchia's in one night. I mean yes he did have the tsmi, but part of the sharengn's ability see through genjitsu. In addition look at Danzo's eye. It was damaged to an extreem. So there has to be a connection between this new tech., what itachi is planing now (with 2 powerful dojitsu users), and what happened all that time ago. Lol if this ws the case then Tobi wasted all those sharinguns and rinnigans.

I do agree a bit with you because in an earlier chapter itachi said that he has given naruto some of his power and hopes that the day never comes when naruto has to use it. so it has to be some super strong technique. and if it is related with the uchiha slaughter than it could be some scary badass technique.

The crow is a test to see if Itachi`s MS abilities would effect naruto. The crow is a shield for Naruto to stop Amaterasu or Tsyukomi(what ever) from effecting or hurting him. Why do you think the panel zoomed on Itachi`s eyes and there seems to be like blood about to come out of his eye. And he says `Lets see what happens`

As Naruto said that Itachi is about to perform amaterasu or tsukuyomi, that triggered the crow out of Naruto. So it may be sealing the amaterasu, or deactivating stukuyomi

what activated the crow was itachi's MS not naruto verbally saying what itachi is about to do...

I re-read the chapter and I noticed some things I didnt notice the first time when I read it. First, when Naruto is telling Itachi about getting his hands dirty to save Sasuke, Itachi states something along this, "Godamn you Madara, so you did know." Im guessing Madara didnt know about Itachi killing everyone off. Maybe I missed something in the earlier chapters. Someone must of informed Madara what Itachi was up to. If I remember correctly Danzo was in on it with Itachi, thats how he acquired the Sharingan on his arms, along with Oro helping him out.

Second, when Itachi gets on top of the bird that Nagato summons, Itachi mentions "lets see what happens." He then uses his MS on Naruto thats where the crow comes out. Itachi is testing it out to see if its going to work against Sasuke. My guess is that maybe it wont work to its fullest abilities against Sasuke since he has acquired Itachi's eyes and now has EMS. I wonder what Itachi would think if he were to know that Sasuke has his eyes transplated to Sasuke.

i dont know if the author meant to this but the last page when the crow is coming out naruto is starting to cry

it responded to itachis eyes and ...oh ...thats right ... sasukes got them now ......just think about it ...i mean really itachi knew what madara was going to do and so he knew that sasuke was going to end up with his eye and he knew hed get the chance to test it to make sure it works and wow!!!....it does work so unless ur mashimoto himself then dont correct those others guessing just like you

im thinking that nagato shouldve never use the rods to controll other bodies or divide his power among six. he shouldve just did what he has done in this chapter. fly. and i bet naruto will have some kinda power associated with the sharingan

Amongst all the BS this is tthe only thing that makes sense ... either it blocks amateresu or tsukonomi ,,,,, all else about Naruto gettin a dojutsu (silly) ... , Able to seal him ( itachi didnt know madara would join with kabuto<orochimaru> , Take control over nine tails (Naruto has already done that) ........... Yours is the only theory goin on from the moment itachi inserted the crow inside ..... Plus the crow thing automatically got activated when Itachi used an eye technique ..... Personally though i feel it'll be tsukonomi ... as "EVERYONE" knows naruto sucks against genjutsu .. but ok if it stop amateresu aswell

I think if Itachi talked to Saskue one last time, I think Saskue would have a change in heart.

He didn't know that but he probably did know that Sasuke would get his eyes or that Madara would want to get him the eyes. And Sasuke now has Itachi's MS which triggers the crow/gift.

My guess it that Amaterasu and/or Tsukuyomi have no effect whatsoever on Naruto.
