Minato is an always will be the fastest ninja! He beat madara in a battle of speed.. while Raikage couldnt even touch madara... then he jus showed us that he could own raikage. The one an only person I believe could of beat minato is the 1st hokage.. other than the So6p.
With Minato's reputation I highly doubt A wouldn't fight full strength from the start. Even if we didn't see how fast Minato is w/o FTG, Minato would of got the first hit if Bee wasn't there to help out.

Tobi wasn't prepped and has no idea Namikaze Minato had that type of speed. The difference with A' is that he's using his individual chakra to amplify his speed, strength, reflexes, and overall arsenal, whereas Fourth Hokage just uses seals.
uhh no A suprised attackd minato and with As fist being praticly about to lightning palm minatos face off he managed to pull of ftg with ease and then kick A in the back and dodge Bs tentacale while managing to slice the tip off and your trying to say minato is overated anyway do you reallly think that he would be able to use FTG like that if he didnt have fast speed without it if you could learn ftg with slow speed then im pretty sure oro would tried to master it and spam that like crazy also its LIKELY that minato new sage mode since Ma and Pa knew him well and you dont just meet t hose 2 by summoning frogs since they live in the mountain so its a possibility that minato knew sage mode aswell i mean he musta had large chakra to use the dead demon seal and then use the 8 tri grams/four element seal to seal the other half of kyubi and kushina chakra AND some more of his own into naruto soooo sage mode is a big posibility for him
I hate when fans take away what makes a character himself lmao.. Example: sasuke is only good because of sharingan.. WRONG!! if thats the case then so is itachi, & kakashi. Minato just doesn't use FTG he has more seals.. rasengan.. and other techs we haven't seen.
