Did anyone find it upsetting for B to say if Naruto dies it would be a ok. I thought B and Naruto were getting pretty close. I wonder if Raikage and B have a plan after the world is over to try and get the nine tails. I don't think Naruto and the Kyuubi will get close like B and the Hachibi, but I loved how Naruto put that fox in it's place. Good chapter, I gave it a 4 because of that useless flashback. Next chapter should be interesting. I think Naruto will get into some kind of action.

Personally I really liked this chapter. I look forward to how the story progresses and drops in little suprise twist. Though I also know how the ones that didn't like this chapter feel. Most look forward to the action and they have been getting teased with big fights then, bam, have to wait or don't even get to see. It can get annoying. We are all entitled to our own opinion and the ability to express that opinion. Someone else put it the best if we all agreed this forum would be boring.

This chapter didn't really do it for me. True, it had some significance in the conversation with the Kyuubi and Naruto, but it seems like the same old perseverence line that he gives to everybody. The worst part about the chapter is that it does not bring anything new to the table minus the flashback. Even the flashback seemed unnecessary in the sense that it seems repetitive to the series as a whole. We all know that Naruto's ninja way is to not give up, and we all know he will remain confident. In the end, the chapter did not add anything important to the plot except for the possible sync with the Kyuubi, and it just felt like filler.

Just gained new respect for the Fox. I wonder if during the final battles Naruto will start to be overwhelmd with hate and the Fox will snap him out of it?

B R I L L A N T chapter. What we mostly shouted at Naruto all this time about leaving that b!tc*y Sasuke, Kyuubi finally told him that. There were some great lines and the very interesting moments. I know that most of you are ired of flashbacks but I liked this one very much (don't know why). Guess that as long as the flashback is not about Uchiha, it's not so unpleasing. Seeing Shikamaru was awesome and I lol'd again at his ring-out. I lol'd even more at Shino. There were some really nice moments. That flashback is really neat writing as it described efficiently all the characters' way of thinkin' one more time. Fantastic essence of character description.
All-in-all, nice chapters. I'll give it a 5 whatsoever...

I personally really liked this chapter, the way the 9 ails lookd at Naruto i can't help but think it will believe in Naruto. I never understood why Naruto couldn't embed his chakra with love the same way the 9 tails embedded it' with hate, but still i think Naruto will gain full control over the 9 tails in the next few chapters. I'm still dissapoint that we haven't seen what happens to Anko or Kakashi or Captain Yamato. Its all a mystery but i think this series might not end when the war does..

I can't believe i waited 2 weeks for this sh*t. What a crappy filler type chapter!! I did'nt like it at all.....3 chapters ago naruto was shown 'rushing to war' and a month later he still has'nt fought anyone, damn u kishi.

sigh here we go again with the stupid sasuke hate perspective we already know. Still nice talk. Naruto still being a child believe he can cure the world of hate how naive of him oh well when he gets his ass beat again he'll learn.

Check out my theory....the fox really doubts that Naruto can take on the hatred of the world, but after seeing him be so confident, and maybe after he actually does stuff about taking hatred away rather than just talk, Naruto and the fox will get along because Naruto will also take on the hatred of the fox!!! This way the fox will be tamed and get along with Naruto, all along the fox has just been consumed by his own hatred, just as others have been. I don't know if this will happen before Madara/Naruto fight or a NAruto/Sasuke fight (depending on which fight happens or happens first)....but the fox will give him his full power and cooperate with him by the end

P.S. Sorry if someone already put this theory on the forum, i didn't read through all the posts first

Looks like the kyuubi wanted to corrupt naruto's will and got a blast of it...

If naruto proves himself right, the kyuubi might co-operate with him... But kyuubi is treacherous old bleeder, untrustworthy! Did u guys notice how polite&understanding acting the kyuubi did? Very unlike him... I smell double dealing...
And those pillars were all over kyuubi's body the first time naruto had sealed it, but then why did they disappear? So naruto had to pin it again? Strange...!
Anyway, lets see what comes up next!

I think it was only used like a visual metaphor. Or more likely, a metaphysical bitch-slap to show Kyuubi he means business, and isn't taking crap from anyone.
