Guys I just wana say (because I posted on another thing about this) that Like Kakashi and AO, because they are not blood related to the family trees that their eyes are from, they cannot deactivate them, kakashis sharingan is always on, and I'm sure you all noticed that, but riddle me why evertime we see tobi (because hes not madara and I have a whole nother reason why for that) he always has his sharingan on, fighting or not..? Maybe because he may not be an uchiha at all, which would have scared him most to find madaras real body inside the coffin that kabuto raised, because if i was going around saying i was someone that i wasnt, id be afraid to see the real thing in front of me.. also the fact that when he rips his arm off, there is zetsu like body material falling outta it.. >.> just pointing out the obvious again. Message me if you wana know more about who tobi could be.
Keep in mind that it has never been stated whether or not an Uchiha having a transplanted sharingan will actually be able to turn it off. We know that Kakashi can't turn his off, but that may be common to all recipients, not just non-uchiha recipients. We know for a fact that Kakashi can't sustain the Sharingan for as long as an uchiha can, but not whether his non-uchiha blood is the reason for not being able to turn it off. Get my point?
I raised this question in a previous post many moons ago, but since different users are active, I want to see were these answers go...
Does anyone find it funny that "Madara's" motives seem to have changed. What I mean is, in the "Naruto's Birth Flashback" he seemed to have one desire, destroying Konoha. Now we all know he wants to control all of the world under the most powerful genjutsu.
Was he still planning on working towards this goal and just wanted to destroy Konoha because he had the fox under his control and was in the vicinity of the village?
Was he waiting for an appropriate Uzumaki to come along (i.e. Nagato), so he could plant his Rinnegan in the person and then continue with his master plan? While in the mean time he just wanted to destroy a potential future threat in Konoha, before his plans could come to fruition?
Am I reading to much into this, are my reasons the correct answers, or is there more to this?
I'd appreciate the feedback ya'll!
Perhaps his level of hate and true intentions evolved as time passed, kind of like Sasuke's. Remember how Sasuke's goal once he killed Itachi was to kill Madara? Even though he didn't know at that time who Madara was?

Then when he learned the truth, he re-focused his efforts, this time directed toward the elders; essentially Konoha as a whole. Hmm.... now who is this starting to sound like I wonder? Madara's total hate for Konoha spawned from his hate of the senju and the betrayal of his kinsmen. I think if Madara was suddenly out of the picture, we would see Sasuke go down the exact same path as Madara did.
Clearly Madara had hate for the village, using the fox to attack it and later aiding Itachi in massacring the Uchiha. Now imagine taking this hate to an extreme...What if you suddenly realized your efforts were totally in vein? What I mean is no matter what, Konoha will still exist. I suppose even if he was able to wipe out all the civilians and knock down every building, whats the point in the end? Basically, there would never be a point of satisfaction IMO, something that Sasuke will likely realize eventually and maybe Madara has already realized.
Perhaps the "Moon's Eye Plan" is a result of realizing he can never truly make the Shinobi world the way he wants to, so why not just control it yourself? I really feel that he came to that conclusion after living for so long, having been gravely weakened by his long-time rival, and having failed so many times to wipe out the leaf.
When it comes to Nagato, perhaps he orchestrated everything in regard to Nagato. Some have suggested he was his father, but there are other ways he could have manipulated things to his advantage. I really don't think he "happened" upon Nagato, most if not everything he did had a well thought out plan to it.
