As much as I hate to say this, if Kishi wants us to believe in this war then some of the hero characters need to die honorably, for ex. I can see Might Guy dieing by opening the 8th Gate and destroy a bunch of Edos or Zetsus to save his comrades and passing on the power of youth to Lee

is there any chance for yamato and anko to survive? or they will be hostages until the end of war ?
i had a feeling that one of the kages will die. its either the raikage or tsuchikage one of this kages will sacrifice by some sort of forbidden jutsu that will cause a lot of damage to madara and kabuto pawns...

regardless of orochimaru being in his deathbed doesnt change the fact that sasuke beat him, he might not have been able to fight him at full power but he managed to use his body transfer jutsu, unfortunately for him he didnt stand a chance against sasuke, due to his sharingan being too powerful making sasuke able to see through all his jutsu's. orochimaru was defeated, sick or not it doestn matter. it was his fault that he couldnt defeat sasuke, he trained him and ended up making him extremely powerful... not to mention he waited too long for the right time to take sasukes body, like the snake he became the prey of a hawk.

how doesnt it make sense? ill break it down anyways, orochimaru was indeed in his death bed but he still had the power to use his body transfer tech against sasuke. sasukes sharingan had become to powerful and ended making it possible for sasuke to cancel out orochimarus tech. orochimaru lost by his own selfish hands, he trained sasuke and made extremely powerful and waited too long to try to take sasukes body, his illness did cripple him but in the end sasuke still would have won if he didnt attack orochimaru first. orochimaru thought his tech would work on sasuke and he had no doubts about it, so when the time for him to go to sasuke and take his body,it would have been the exact same as before.... sasuke would have declined the the tech, taken orochimaru's power and left kabuto in awe that his master is gone.

if he wasnt always use forbidden jutsu's he would need to constantly switch bodies, and also just because someone else is strong or has a certain kekkai genkai doesnt mean that its necessary to have their body... how many people must he have used for a while just because of certain bloodline traits ? i bet he has swapped bodies with countless amounts of people only to swap bodies again when he grows bored of the current one he is using... greed is definetly a dangerous thing...:kaito: sasuke made him learn that the hard way!

Any theories on when they encountered the Kuubi?
Heres mine...
So far this is what we know about the Kuubi's history with the leaf villige.
Up until he was defeated by Hashirama, the 1st Hokage at the Valley of End, Madara possessed the Kuubi.
It also appear he did not have it seal with in his body but merely controlled it with his Sharingun. After Madara, the 1st Hokage Hashirama possessed it (it's still unknown how long he it before he seal it in a host). After Hashirama, his wife Mito Uzumaki became the Kuubi's Jinchuriki host. And after Mito Uzumaki, Kushina Uzumaki (Naruto's mom) became he Kuubi's Jinchuriki host. Tobi stole it from Kushina and sicked it on the Hidden Leaf Villige but the 4th Hokage Minito seal it inside his new born son, Naruto Uzumaki and to date Naruto is the Kuubi's Jinchuriki host.
The only possibilities I see here are that the Kin Gin Brothers fought Madara early on in the Leaf Villiges history (after the Leaf was founded but before his fight with Hashirama.) but that time period is quite brief and its been stated that the Uchiha and the Senju of the Forest form the Leaf Villige first and then everyone else started doing the same and it gave birth to the great nations. So my theory is that the Kin Gin Brothers tried to steal the Kuubi from the 1st Hokage or atleast fought the 1st hokage and thats how they encountered the Kuubi. Hashirama must have summoned the Kuubi and order it to eat the Kin Gin Brothers. The Kuubi was unable to digest them and eventually throw them up (idk how or where). This is also they reason i believe they could not except a treaty with the Hidden Leaf and staged a coup and tried to ambush the 2nd Hokage Tobirama and 2nd Raikage.
