Yup perfectly rite.. please just kill the obito talk.. tobi is uchiha madara!! he survived 5 generations with his EMS in a different demension, that ages slower than the real world ... much slower lmao... Obito died when kakashi was a little kid.. kakashi has obito's sharingan which even now isn't more advanced than madara's EMS.. so all the talk is really stupid.. Madara is alive and a former shell of himself... Like itachi said.. an everytime one of the forum members brings up madara being sumone else, they spit on itachi's grave. So people can u read the manga rite, an know that madara is madara. Itachi was very smart like the 4th hokage.. so please believe that he was rite, and madara is madara.

I agree with you to a certain extent. I do strongly believe that Tobi isn't Obito, however, I also don't fully believe that Tobi is Madara either. Yeah I realize that Itachi did state to Sasuke that Tobi was Madara. I also acknowledge the fact that Itachi would have known the identity of Tobi better than anyone else would have, but you also have to realize that everything Itachi has said in the manga has had a underlying meaning to it. For example, He was always lying to Sasuke the entire manga to make him become stronger. He was lying to the world about killing his family so he could protect Konoha. He was lying to Kisame and the rest of the Akatsuki just so he could leak out info of the organization. So just because Itachi said Tobi is Madara doesn't necessarily make him Madara. Could just be another hoax

Hey yo!

Lots of interesting conversations going. I would like to jump into the fray about whether Tobi = Madara or Obito??? My points should not be taken as support for one argument or the other, just interesting observations that show why we really can't be sure who Tobi may be, and here is why:

1. I believe the latest time period in which Tobi was introduced was during Naruto's birth, ch. 500 pg. 14. Because of Tobi's mask we can't be sure of how old he is. Since Obito was around Kakashi's age we can expect Tobi, if he is Obito to be a close to the size of a fully grown man, since Kakashi is such during the events of these chapters, ch. 502 pg. 2 we can dismiss the common issue with Tobi, If Obito being too young for him to portray Tobi during this time.

2. Yes, Obito did give his LEFT eye to Kakashi, so people ask how can Tobi, If Obito have two eyes as shown in his fight with Konan? ch. 510 pg. 8. Well, Tobi seems to have a supply of Uchiha sharingan, ch. 482 pg. 13 (See drawer with sharingan, then see many more drawers). I know to obtain EMS an Uchiha needs a siblings sharingan, but we have not been informed that any uchiha's sharingan can not replace a fellow uchiha's lost sharingan. Moreover, an MS is required in order to do special ninjustus like: susanoo, amaterasu, and Kamui. Kamui is a similar space-time ninjustu, similar to what Tobi uses. We have never seen Tobi's right eye when he executes his space-time ninjustu, thus we don't know what is MS looks like...could it look like Kakashi's MS? This would provide us with an answer to how a non-uchiha like Kakashi could achtivate a MS, meaning once Obito activated his MS (if he is still alive and acting as Tobi) it in turned activated his other eye, which Kakashi has. Furthermore, Tobi could sacrifice his left eye by using izanagi during his fight with Konan, ch. 510 pg. 10, because it is not an MS unlike his right eye, which is very key to his effectiveness in battles.

3. Tobi claims to have obtained Hashirama's powers during their fight. How could Tobi, if Obito possibly have obtained his powers, since Hashirama was well before Obito's time? Well, Danzo proved to us that Hashirama's powers can be obtained and used in ch. 478 pg. 11, because the first's DNA is still floating around somewhere, probably in the deceased Oro's lab, ch. 478 pg. 10 (see bottom left hand frame when Tobi is speaking).

4. Tobi could be Madara as well. Tobi, if Madara could have used his space-time ninjutsu to bypass the laws of time and not age as rapidly as the people in his generation and future generation, while putting all the pieces in place like he has done thus far.

5. If Tobi really is Obito we can conclude who is in the mystery coffin, ch. 490 pg. 4...Madara. Tobi seems to have a secret that Kabuto and only he know. Could it be that Tobi is lying about being Madara, and is really Obito, while the real Madara is a pawn of Kabutos? We will see.

6. Whomever Tobi really is Zetsu had an important hand in helping him arrive to the destination he is currently at. These are perfect words to describe the relationship of Zetsu and Tobi, ch. 487 pg. 1. I'm excited to learn more about Zetsu!

I'm not sold on Tobi being Obito or Madara yet, but he is a great antagonist! Farewell fellow nin!

Hey yo: part deux!!

I know I just posted a freakin' novel, but I have some additional information I want to provide for discussion. Lets begin again:

1. While rereading some of the chapters I stumbled upon a very interesting frame, ch. 477 pg. 7 (second to last frame where Tobi is speaking). All I have to say is, WHHHAAAT!? I wonder if this is a typo, because if you continue to read the chapter, and the proceeding chapters Sasuke speaks and acts as if he has is own independence. Very interesting and weird nonetheless.

2. Kabuto is a villain, a villain who is cowardly and a thief, but a villain nonetheless. His intentions are pure evil, and he makes all of our blood boil. However, he is and idiot! I say this because I'm claiming that he gathered Nagato's DNA at his grave site. Why then would he not grab his Rinnegan before Tobi does so after he kills Konan in ch. 510 or 511?maybe Kishi didn't want to deal with this storyline, or maybe this is kabuto's "ace in the hole" (he switched out the rinnegan and replaced them with a mock trap), or Kabuto got Nagato's DNA elsewhere, but this is doubtful. Either way Kabuto is a fool and a tool!

3. I forgot to mention in my previous post that if Tobi did provide Nagato with the Rinnegan as he stated sometime during his fight with Konan, ch. 510-511 then how could Obito, if Tobi have done this? Well, we aren't sure if Nagato is younger then Kakashi. If Nagato is younger or the same age as Kakashi this wouldn't provide any problems with Tobi, if Obito giving Nagato the Rinnegan, which I believe Tobi really did. If Nagato is much older than Kakashi, then this would mean Tobi, if Obito could not give Nagato the Rinnegan, thus dismissing any chance of Tobi being Obito, at least for me.

Yea I understand what your saying.. I just dont see tobi/madara being anybody else.. Especially since there is no real proof in the MANGA supporting any oof these wild theories on the forum. Never anywhere does it say madara.. or TOBI.. cold be related to obito. Nowhere in the manga.

first of all LOL, second of all why should anybody call him tobi if he claims to be madara and we dont know about his true identity. even all the characters expect zetsu call him madara.

Tobi used to be a fake identity he even dont need to be tobi.

no one knows for sure who madara is but are acting until they find something new in the manga.

Uh-oh! More Tobi talk!

I've done some more reading and wanted to make some additional points!

In ch. 507 pg. 13 Tobi reveals himself to Kisame, and claims to be Madara, unfortunately we don't get to see is face and we're unsure if the sensor ninja was able to as well. According to the naruto wiki, Kisame and Kakashi are around the same age, just look at their bios. If Tobi is Obito there isn't a problem with Obito being too young to be drawn as a grown man (tobi's figure is shown to be such), since Obito and Kakashi are around the same age as Kisame.

Kisame is familiar with Tobi's face, but since we are unsure if Kisame has ever seen a picture of Madara, we can't be sure if Kisame knows what Madara looks like. He just knows what a man whom claims to be Madara (according to me and others) looks like. In ch. 404 pg. 2 Tobi shows his face again to Kisame, Kisame recognizes this face to be Madara, since he was told such by Tobi in the past.

I don't want to upset anyone with my thoughts about Tobi's identity still being unclea, but the beauty with any form of writing is how all readers always react with, "What happens next?" Now I know the whole Tobi story will take a while to develop, but it's fun to consider what will happen next! Because we haven't been given a legit answer to who Tobi is and only hints as to who he may be I find bringing up these observations to be very enjoyable. Believe me if we had even a tiny bit more of information about what type of power Itachi gave Naruto I would be speculating!

They are indeed in big trouble. Especially now that Zabuza's hidden mist technique is gone. This is why Kakashi went for Zabuza first but of course, didn't expect Haku to get in the way.

I'm not sure to what exactly I should be excited about in the next chapter though... Kakashi going on a rampage or Gaara vs. Muu (Second Tsuchikage).

we have to be excited to both "kakashi's rampage" and "gaara-muu face off".

kakashi's rampage will be modified by Naruto thoughts of greatness in kakashi. one to specify is "kakashi's scum saying -- those who abandon his comrades are more than scum". kakashi will employ the hidden mist tech then beheads the remain summons two to three swordsmen at a time having sai in his tail doing anbu roots' paralyzing tech. then nara clan binding the decapitated summons, then afterwards maki cloth binding them. the mindless zombies will give a bit of resistance but to no avail. kabuto saying "damn" again. gai will take part taking care of gari -- nara clan and maki doing their thing again. kabuto relocates and assesses other encounters.

gaara employing sand sensors will gain the upperhand. muu's tech will do some damage to the division -- there will be some casualties. muu with other summons will showcase their techs. the division retreats for a distance then plans for the next attack. shikamaru will come to face asuma with his free will intact. asuma will try to fight the intention of attacking the alliance.
kabuto comes in the picture.

...an additional excitement would be that "shino's bugs" come to drain zetsus' chakra. aburame clan nins in the division follow suit.

...neji and kiba continues to splat the zetsus in range.

guys..... About the arguement about whether tobi is obito-madara..... Well lets see first when minato fought madara... Kushina had given birth to naruto, while minato faced madara.....
Itachi at dat tym was still a kid.... Remembr when kushina met sasuke mother on the road.... Moreover, kakashi was minato's student, and minato fought madara..... Madara looked like hes already yrs older than minato.... So its hard to claim madara is obito.....

Now moreover, when madara said he had given nagato the rinnegan, i dont think he literaly meant that he gave him the rinnegan...... Remember when they said ( i think it was jiraya) that when the world is in turmoil, there would be a child who would possess the power to bring order from chaos. I think madara masterplanned everything to bring the rain country in turmoil because he knew he would find a rinnegan bearer there....
Im fully confident to say that obito isnt madara...,. We also saw a part of his face when he tried to show his face to sasuke, and i think i saw wrinkles on his partially revealed face!! I dont know about what u all guys saw there but thats what i saw...

I dont wanna make assumptions but from what i think, since kakashi now has zabuza's sword, and also lets not forget he already has copied all of zabuza's jutsus, now he's the one to be feared of!!!......... And i just came to realise dat gaara is also a sensor!! How cool is that!!!...... Impure world ressurection at its climax, and fuuinjutsu at its legendary level!!!!!!....... Wishn naruto was a daily manga!!!

Let us talk of Sasuke and Naruto!

In chapter 397 page 9 Tobi remerges from the shadows after almost being killed by amaterasu when he was about to show Sasuke his face (early pages of the chapter). Tobi then explains that Itachi gave Sasuke his own jutsu (read the page of the chapter provided). My question is whether Sasuke will eventually gain his own special eye jutsus, because it seems like each MS or EMS user has special abilities that come with the eyes. These abilities could be the ones used by Itachi, and then given to Sasuke, or the space-time jutsus used by Tobi and Kakashi. It would be pretty saaahweet if Sasuke eventually awoken new MS abilities to be paired with what Itachi gave him!

Naruto is not to influenced by the nine-tail's WILL anymore! Since the demon fox can longer take control of Naruto does this mean Shima and Fukasaku can fuse with Naruto to collect natural energy for him to stay in Sage state!? I think this was brought up before, and hopefully we'll be provided with the answer. I'm also curious if Naruto and the demon fox will develop a relation like bee and the eight-tailed ox have. Not knocking on bee (he is one of my top three characters), but if he can do it Naruto has to be capable as well!

Very nice prediction. I wouldn't be surprise if it happens in the manga because we've been shown that Kakashi's plan works. Kakashi's cut in the mid-section seems to be deep from all the blood dripping out but the rage towards something he love and the "Protect your loved ones" attitude will take his pain away. ...yes, sakura will assist kakashi's known vulnerability in chakra conditions. cut like that wont stop kakashi easily. all he has to do is take one of sakura's soldier pills lol. kakashi will certainly show us how will he waste these summons and slam kabuto's edo tensei - lame mindless zombies. i liked the first group of summons, they were a lot giving us more insights re the shinobi world. but this kakashi skirmishes, kakashi need not to show his genius to kabuto yet - as if saying "kabuto is not worth it".

kiba and neji were the ones we saw in action. shino will show case a different tech. the bugs of destruction equal to that of the bugs he used to flatten a metallic sea vessel. these ones will be draining chakras.

Very good point. It would definitely thrill me a lot more. I could really see that happening. But isn't Muu the second Tsuchikage? Kind of funny when he said that... but the last page questions "Who is the dauntless person that Gaara has detected?"

all other's are just fodder ninja's proving that they have some value
this a war is created by kishi to give some work to those fodder ninja's and show everyone their worthiness . even kishi made kakashi REAL ANBU(by his activities) . past 100 chapters kakashi did just that !!!?

next chapter will showcase the abilities of 2nd tsuchikage and fanservice to gaara fans .
