i think kakashi lacks in stamina and a drawn out battle here may pose problems for him later on, like it did against pain. As for the unknown person, its all speculation at this point though i think it would have to be someone madara personally knew and had reason to be afraid of....

I don't think that the unidentified coffin that Kabuto showed to Madara is something that can defeat Madara. I think Madara is somewhat undefeatable at this point. He is not scared of Kabuto's edo summon, beating him. He is afraid of what the summon will do/mean.

Let me clarify...
Maybe the edo summon holds a secret that Madara doesn't want to get out...
Maybe the edo summon is someone that Madara doesn't want to have to fight...
Maybe the edo summon will do something to ruin Madara's plans...

Madara has threatened Kabuto on multiple occasions...
"don't push it with me"
Kabuto originally told Madara though...
"You cannot deny me."

I think that Madara is still in control and that whatever summon Kabuto has, cannot stop Madara or defeat him, he is not scared for himself...
he is scared for what might happen...
a.)His brother gets summoned, and then he has to kill his brother...
b.)The real Madara gets summoned, and then his lie is revealed...
c.)The S06P is summoned and he would interfere with Madara.
d.)Sasuke's dad is summoned and changes Sasukes heart, so Sasuke wont help Madara...
something along those lines.

Madara was surprised by the summon. Almost blown away...
Like "How the hell did you manage this??"
Madara obviously didn't think that it was possible to summon whoever Kabuto summoned. He was shocked by it, and impressed at the same time.
"Honestly, who wouldve thought you would become this strong, Kabuto?"

It will be someone that isn't more powerful than Madara, but holds a very specific key to the entire plot. Madara doesn't want Kabuto to unleash that key, so he is willing to put up with Kabuto for now. But if he has to, I'm sure he would confront and defeat Kabuto, or at least he thinks he can.
Kabuto seems to feel invincible right now...maybe he is...IDK

And who the hell knows who is the 4th member of the edo crew with Asuma, Dan, and Hizashi... maybe sasuke's dad? maybe tsunade's little brother? maybe naruto's mom? maybe its kakashi's dad, the white fang? IDK...

lots and lots of speculation there but once again its impossible to say anything for sure. If we are to assume that it was someone who madara was afraid of, then that summoned person would have to be stronger than him....this leaves 2 possibilities:
1. Hashirama senju
2. Sage of the 6 paths.
The 1st option can be safely ruled out due to the third sealing Hashirama's soul in the fight against orochimaru. As for the sage....highly unlikely, why? Because this technique requires dna of the corpse to be summoned, the sage was the founder of all ninjas, in a time waaaay before even the start of the hidden village system. There was no known tomb for him and the search for his dna would literally have been tougher than finding Jiraiya's body which Kabuto has already confessed was too tough a task.
Both options are impossibilities in my opinion and i feel if anyone it might be the 1st jinchuriki of the 9 tails the wife of the 1st hokage for 2 reasons:
1. Jinchurikis have been summoned by kabuto apart from this
2.Any host of the 9 tails would be considerably powerful AND madara would likely have known of her seeing as how he fought the 1st.
Just my opinion of things based on what i have seen......

but it is most likely the s06p. thats WHY madara was so shocked... "HOW DID YOU DO THIS, YOU MADMAN??"
also madara is not afraid. that much is obvious. he is not scared of the summon.
i think he would just prefer to not have to deal with it.

so even after having seen the edo summon, and being a bit surprised, madara is obviously not afraid and is weighing his options...

he decided it wasnt worth fighting kabuto. whatever was in that coffin was enough to convince madara to let it go, for now.

nope.....did you even read my post? Do it because the sage's body would be dust before kabuto was even born so its IMPOSSIBLE for it to be the sage....
he would have been shocked by the 1st's wife as well if she had been as strong as naruto(another 9tail jinchuriki). More importantly, kishimoto likes to make you think in one direction and surprise you....your reading waaaaaay too much into madara's reaction.

furthermore, if it were the sage madara would not be like"hehe" at any point coz the sage would easily have roasted him...appearances are often deceptive remember itachi( on konoha's side...?) or the goof tobi being revealed to be the head of akatsuki

These two pages tell me that Madara = Tobi = Mizukage
He is who he says he is.

And as far as the coffins that are yet unidentified...
I love to speculate, and I think my guess is just as good as another.
But, yes, it could go a number of different ways...
I'm dying to find out which one Kishi chooses.

As far as the Sage being OP...
Im not so sure that anyone is unbeatable...
even as OP as Madara seems and as OP as Sasuke or as OP as Nagato seemed...
Everyone has their weak spot. Everyone has their poison or venom, so to speak...

But I tell you this. In light of some interesting thoughts and evidence...
I am convinced that the mystery man in coffin #6 for madara is one of 3
1.)izuna uchiha
2.)madara uchiha
3.)so6p

probably in that order, too.

I liked this episode, btw.
Dying to see how kakashis team handles them...

The group this mystery man is a part of is the "emotional attachment group" that kabuto will use to mess with certain Ninja. I am not implying I have any idea who this mystery man is, but his face has been hid all these chapters for a reason and thus might be the original man from the sixth coffin. Thoughts?

it looks to me like all in that group are former konoha jounins.......and i think the one in that group whos face we have not seen maybe be white fang....

and i was just talking with my homey about kakashis dad, the white fang being in there. we think its either him, or sasuke and itachis dad.

I also agree though i feel the 6th coffin is also the same person because if it were the sage or his sons or someone of that level kabuto would never, NEVER have thought"im in trouble if i go up against the rinnegan here".....

and konoha is the home of the senju and uchiha and i dont think orochimaru would have let it skip his notice if the 1st of either of these clans could have been revived
