yeah, i thought about this some time ago, too. if i remember right then it was kakashi who stated that the sharingan came from the byakugan. i think
back when kishi gave us this info he did not think as far ahead as some peaople here think he did. as they believe that everything that happened so far and will happen was planned by kishi right from the start. this would mean that he changed his plans and made the sharingan the more powerfull and more importent eye technique. so kishi got 2 options:

1. he gives the byakugan an important role in madaras plan to become hole. but i don't see that coming cause it does not fit in this all about sharingan plot.

2 he makes kakashi lie or better kakashi just didin't know better

back than in an old episode as naruto and kakashi fought deidara .. and neji tracked deidara in the anime episode deidara said something like " i wonder whats the diference betwen your byakugan and itachis sharinga "

so he is not forgeting about it, anyway the byakugan is to much integrated in this anime to be forgotten or put aside.

i really hope neji will get stronger ... because the anime is becoming one sided. back then neji rock lee and the other ninjas where pretty strong and as they grow up they didnt really change at all.

a big problem for naruto and the others will be the kyubis madara ghatered ... 7 of them at once will be dificult

What y'all don't understand is that Naruto cannot control the Kyubi.
Where in the Manga did it say that Naruto can now control the Kyubi?
He just ripped the Kyubi of his Chakra, that doesn't necessarily means he can control the Nine tails!
So i don't agree with you and the other member above youxd!

yeah naruto only use a huge amount of positive chakra came frome kyubi and he obtain a new jutsu

I hope the byakugan comes back into the story line, but i think you might be right, but lets hope for the best!

I miss he Byakugan. I was hoping when Shippuden started we'd see Neji pull of come new powerful moves... But that's yet to happen. Byakugan users have been reduced to "view-finders".

I'm gutted Konan died as she is an amazing gothic like Kunoichi. Her past is tragic and her style reminds me of so many girls I know. Nice to see her fall in love with Yahiko and nagato was very cool with it.

When I first saw Madaras mask I though he was the Devil or lord of the ninja underworld as it cut from a scene looking at Jiraya's frog thing.

I thought his mask was absolutely badass and his lines are are really sinister, for example when hes about to stab baby naruto and when he was about to get the jinchuriki to kill kushina hes a really evil charachter.

My prediction -

Madar begins to fight Naruto, naruto goes Rikudo mode, hashiramas power inside madara reacts to the life energy in naruto and madara loses control, forcing him to withdraw or rely on sasuke to come into the fray.

Kabuto(maru) will probably wait until the dust settles and Sasuke is exhausted, and enter his body. After he's doing doing that, he'll take over his body lol.

I have a question, if the Byakugan is the blood inheritance limit of the Hyuuga Clan and the Hyuuga clan itself is said to be the ancestors of the Uchiha clan who possess the bloodline of the Sharingan eye.O.O The Uchiha are then said to be descendants of the Hyuuga, with the Byakugan changing into the Sharingan over time. O.OWhy is there no mention of the Byakugan eye. I have found this info on many sites and forums,but nobody seems to remember this. Did Masashi Kishimoto forget about this info or do you think it might play a role later. Just wonder if anybody has any ideas. Thanks O.O

i think it is a couple of mangas away when we will see a byakugan user into the storyline. I think because of the way the story is developing about the sage of the six paths, one byakugan user is the 4th or 5th part of the sage of the six paths.

seriously?? are u sure because if that was true that would be awsome.. not saying it isnt possible because the rinnegan allows the user to use dead shinobi's and there powers at 100%.. but to say that a hyuuga is a path wow.. that gives me the creeps.. what if a rinnegan user got a hold of nothing but shinobis with kekkei genkais?? that would be a major pwn even for a kage level ninja... I mean nagato did have ceratin shinobi with their own unique powers but not anything like his.. so i am very curious to see how far the power of the rinnegan stretches can't wait to see madara kill sombody else!!!

As for hyuuga appearing i think neji will appear soon because we didnt see him in pein attack.. we only got to see hinata.. an neji is alot stronger than her.. so i think neji will fight kabuto or either sasuke... also i know its going to be soon because we didnt see gai sensei in pein attack either.. an rite after he shows up out of nowhere to check on naruto and fights kisame... so i believe they will show neji soon.. as for lee or tenten lol who cares lol.

Ok everyone is going on about how a specific user is that of the part of the six paths, but it's not the user but the specific ability, that the user possess. Meaning if he failed getting it from one user he can find another, except for the rare things such as the rinnegan

How else could he be so godly, live so long, know so much, and be so powerful? To me he is how Orochimaru used to be. He has the annoying trait of never dying, or being defeated at least!! Also, I think the manga is getting better because I'm starting to doubt a cliché ending. it seems that there is no hope.

Also, could Itachi's gift be the Izanagi?

this is my first theory or opinion of the "six paths".
unlike you, i do believe that the sage of the six paths had been dead - in its earthly or humane status. i think that his reincarnation would be expected in the later part of the storyline.
so, madara is not the sage of the six paths - or could i say ...not yet. he could be - but a remote possibility.
my presumption is...Naruto will be the sage of the six paths.

and the paths (for me) are:

1. love
2. hatred
3. sacrifice
4. acceptance
5. war
6. peace

i'd loved to elaborate on this theory, just that... i will have to collate back up ideas. i would try to discuss in the most simple way i could.

Yeah dunno about the new mask but I wanna see Madaras and Sasukes new eyes!

Its getting really good but did we really need that much filler about Konans past and stuff tbh halfway through the manga I jus felt like skipping to the last 2 pages.


Other than that the last few pages were awesome and Madara has his staff back from when he was younger and fought Hashimara...

But we have to wonder can Naruto compete against the Rinnegan + Sharingan + Izanagi.

We know that Madara's Space Time Jutsu will not be that much of a challenge to Naruto IF he masters his speed as last time he broke his ankle but I reckon it'll probably be 10 chapters until we even start to see Madara go for Naruto.

If anyone remembers Sasuke saying "were going to Konaha" that didnt happen did it and its been about 100 chapters lol.

yeah well he did and he fought and killed Danzou afterwards he faced off with Team 7 again (Naruto Kakashi, and Sakura) using his new mankegyou sharingan eyes but now he has his brothers eyes and his on his way back to fight naruto one last time that is why naruto had to gain control of the kyuubi in order to master his chakra properly.

It was during the Chuunin exams when we first saw the Byakugan Kakashi was describing how awesome it was. And Kakashi said that the Sharingan came from the Byakugan you said the opposite.

I agree with you too but I think Naruto already possesses some of uchiha powers,as Itachi gave him some of his power to naruto in order to prevent sasuke destroy konoha.
Furthermore,i dont know exactly which are the paths but i think among them are sharingan,rinnengan and 1st hokage's powers.

well i think Kishi is still having a hard time figuring out sasuke's EMS pattern and this may be why there is a delay... he has to bring him back in the next couple chapters ..
