Yes there isn't any thing mentioned about 30% true but do you really think that the summons of the 1st and 2nd were at their full powers if that's the case then Sarutobi who was at one of his weakest time as a shinobi or Hokage was able to handle the 1st and 2nd and the 1st was able to beat Madara so that means old Sarutobi is stronger than Madara and Orochimaru defeated Sarutobi sot does that means Oro is stronger than Madara??? Dude isn't it obvious that the summons didn't had all the powers, they had every techs the 1st and 2nd could use but their extent of powers weren't complete. It isn't mentioned in the manga anywhere but there are things which we are suppose to understand by ourselves.

sorry dude, but they were. They had their complete chakra and all of their attacks. The only disadvantage was that they couldn't work together because Oro was controlling them. Sarutobi realized he had to end it quickly which was why he set up a trap, kept dodging, and then made shadow clones to send their souls to the death god.

It doesn`t say it in the manga, but I know they were not at 100%.

We all know that, but that doesn't automatically mean they are at 30%.

That's the only proof, and all it shows is Nagato summoning the Gedo Mazo. Others with different kekkei genkai might be able to utilize it as well, but for now only the Rinnegan can do this, unless stated otherwise.

Correct, not only the root and ame shinobi, even Hanzo as skilled as he was had absolutely no idea what that summon is and that it could rip your soul out just by touching you. If anyone knew about such a summon even if it was long ago wouldn't the logical thing be to warn your friends/students/village/whoever that such a thing existed and if they ever saw it to avoid it at all cost? The reasonable conclusion is that only the rinnegan can summon it.

Nice chapter. Guess now it's time for another good and strong character to die: Konan. It's a shame, but I don't think she has any way of defeating Madara. She's strong, but... Maybe the one that appeared in from of Madara was a paper clone. They seem almost impossible to tell from the real one. She knows what Madara is and what he can do...can she really expect to defeat him? or does she have an ace up her sleeve? Maybe this battle will force Madara to show his real face and abilities. Like when jiraya fought Pain. Before dieing he managed to expose pain, so maybe konan's task in this battle is the same or similar. Or maybe, Madara like the coward he his, will just step aside and sasuke will appear and fight Konan instead of him.

That was great! Kisame rocks! You can't say he was stupid. I wished more was written on his history but I'm happy that there was a bit of his time with Itachi. Itachi getting all philosophical on him but I agree with what Guy said of him.

I'm looking forward to the next battle.

It seems Madara is unperturbed by Pein's death with regards to how it will affect Gedo mazo. Perhaps he even believes Sasuke can control it better. The reason he (Madara) can't is probably cos he's not at full strength but Sasuke has the potential. So perhaps its not a Nagato exclusive ability

Most likely you are correct...I hope she and Nagato foresaw that when he died Madara would come after his eyes to extract the rinnegan and made special preparations for the occassion. I cant help but wonder since she made the comment to Naruto that because Nagato believed in him then she would also....somehow I suspect that might influence how she fights madara and if she is about to die,,she might try to get the rinnegan to Naruto someway. Perhaps it will be (or already was) sealed away and can only be opened or "sensed" with a Sage Mode jutsu... Just speculation on my part...would love to hear everyones thoughts on this point. Does anyone think Konan would somehow entrust the rinnegan to Naruto? Or instead would she try to destroy it rather than let Madara get hold of it and rule the world? Could they even possible store it at Mt T____(frog sage mountain home place forgot the exact name)??

Using all their techs and using at their full powers is completely different. Secondly if that's the case do you mean old Sarutobi is stronger than the 1st and 2nd Hokage where else the 1st defeated Madara at his prime so that makes Sarutobi at such a old age still stronger than Madara and if that's the case that makes Oro stronger than them all. Does that make any sense absolutely no. Every tech has a weakness and by the way Oro was controlling them yes by giving them orders not by making their every move by himself. He was controlling the two Hokages and gave them orders to kill Sarutobi that's it. So if they had their full powers they wouldn't have any problem beating Sarutobi. And they were able to work together. So the only logical explanation is that those two summons had all the techs of the original Hokages but they didn't had their full powers.

Its very hard to tell but I guess considering that Rinnegan is the most powerful eye I guess Gedo Mazo will win against Susanoo.

I got a feeling it will be Kabuto or Sasuke that kills Konan, If it Sasuke then I know there noway he can weasel himself back on the good side, if it Kabuto then it be his way of proving to Madara he can be atleast a little more trust worthy. I don't think we will get to see Madara abilities in this battle.xd

I can't remember exactly so I might be wrong but if the Rinnegan can do any eye technique, why didn't Pein ever use Sasunoo or any other technique.

I know everyone over-excited that Sasuke has EMS and is now stronger and can use more advanced techs etc.

But if Pein can do any tecnique then why didn't he ever use the current MS techniques or the EMS techniques which we have not seen yet.

I think Kisame didn't die because there are reasons
1. when kisame summoned his shark & let his shark to eat him then why didnt the shark disapear after he died?
2.after guy opened the scroll the were stuck in the barrier and the summoned shark took the scroll and got away and still he didnt disapear.

*Spoiler Alert* Kisame isn't dead!!! he used a substitution jutsu just before the sharks devoured his body and transferred himself into the scroll, he had no point in fighting all those ninjas especially Naruto in his current form, his only option was to get away. Think about it would you kill yourself in that situation or would you try to escape, even if you die trying, now that sounds more like Kisame
